- Binondo Church. - We’ll meet up at the Binondo Church and learn a brief history of the area. Then make our way towards our first stop where we’ll be sampling some baked savory filled pastries reminiscent of an empanada.
We then make our way to a hole-in-the-wall dumpling place and try out some fresh hand made dumplings.
Next, we walk along the main street of Chinatown as we take in the different sights and sounds before making our way to our next stop and try some fluffy meat buns stuffed with sweet and savory pork.
Soon after, we’ll squeeze our way through the long lines and try out some dimsum classics such as Crystal Shrimp Dumplings and Beancurd Rolls washed down with iced milk tea.
We’ll continue our walk deeper into Chinatown and try a different kind of bun, filled with a meatball.
Then top off our experience with sweet treats from a century old bakery.
