Highly recommend this trip for couples and family - Spent one day with Go Crete Safari 17.04.2024, and we will never regret it. Our guide for the day, our amazing Zacharias showed us his hometown along the trip and suprised all of us with his knowledge of the area. The included greek food and local greek wine was 10/10, the stops along the way was well worth it, and we would absolutely book another trip with Go Crete Safari the next time we get here. Thank you for an amazing day ❤️

A brilliant day with the best guide - The tour was brilliant, we saw a lot, heard a lot, experienced a lot. Not only was our tour relaxed, Niko made the day an unforgettable one. He tried very hard to make the day an experience for us, which he absolutely managed. Thank you very much for that!!

Super great safari tour!!! - Super great tour with an excellent tour guide called Alex! Born and raised on the island, he was able to tell us a lot and knew his stuff very well. It went over hill and dale and was really a lot of fun. Not recommended for anyone with limited mobility as it is very narrow, turbulent and there is a lot of walking to do. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so great for us but Alex made a lot of effort to keep us all in a good mood. First we went to the olive oil production and then to "Peter the Goat" who knows everything about his cheese and plays the flute. Accompanied by some raki we then went to the cave of Zeus. Please remember that it is about a 20 minute steep climb (on foot) before you can climb down into the cave. After all the exertion there is traditional chicken and wine, of course the raki cannot be missed here either. The way back is mostly off-road and therefore exciting but with unique views (if the weather plays along). We had a really great tour with a fun group and a very friendly and funny tour guide.

Loved every minute - This was an excellent tour and although the weather was not at its best Yanis, our driver, showed great professionalism in driving through what was thick fog at the top of the mountains. I was travelling solo, however, Yanis soon made me feel part of the group. The highlight of the day was visiting the shepherd's hut, the live music, and seeing how the cheese is made. Lunch was tasty with plenty of wine and Raki. There is also just enough free time to allow you catch your breath. In summary a good relaxing few hours with an excellent and knowledgeable driver/guide.

Great day with Go Crete Safari - Beautiful day today... On a jeep safari with Go Crete Safari. Nice driver Andreas who drove us around today. Can also tell a nice story. We saw a lot, went to an olive oil factory where they explain to you what happens with the olives until it is finally in the bottle. We were also allowed to taste different types/flavors of olive oil. And that also includes a raki. We were able to see beautiful views. We went to a cheese factory, that man has a lot of goats that need to be milked. Cheese is made from it. We were also allowed to taste the delicious goat cheese and of course that included raki. He also played a few songs on his self-made flute. We could also visit Zeus' cave, which was quite a climb. Then we ate and drank nicely. What of course could not be missed was the closing... raki. Then we drove a long way off the road. Fortunately the driver was able to drive well. It is definitely recommended to book a day tour with Go Crete Safari. Then you are assured of a great experience. We enjoyed.

The best trip on Crete! - The trip was wonderful! All stops that we visited were breathtaking and fun - Lasithi Plateau and Zeus cave, Aposelemis Dam, olive oil manufactory, a kind shepherd who played fantastically the flute :), we even fed the goats! A huge thanks goes to our guide, driver and a very kind man Yiannis who showed us around the best way it could be :) everything was great - the off-road, the unplanned stops for herbs and firikis, the lunch, the music and most importantly the talks! Thank you for a fantastic and unforgettable experience :)
