Engaging in tandem paragliding is straightforward; heed the pilot’s guidance: upon reaching the launch area, you’ll handle the glider and, following essential safety verifications, you’ll dash briefly into the breeze to ascend. Snugly strapped into your harness, you’ll be treated to an extraordinary view and the whisper of the wind. Departure is from Monte Falerio Santuario dell’Avvocata, with a beach landing, and the journey lasts around 30 minutes. The Hike & Fly experience spans roughly 3 hours, covering 6 km of ascent on remarkable trails from the landing site to the launch point, with an elevation gain of 1100 meters. The trekking difficulty is medium to high. Appropriate athletic or hiking attire for the season and sturdy shoes are recommended. You select the flight date, and if the weather is favorable, the tandem flight proceeds. Should conditions be unsuitable, the flight will be rescheduled. The rendezvous location is at the port of Maiori. The passenger’s weight must be at least 30 kg and not exceed 100 kg. The age limit is a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 60 years. Flights are scheduled from 8am to 4pm, from 1st November to 31st March.
