The thieves of the Madinah - Appointment was at 9 I called 5 mins before and they were not ready, they didn't even know which hotel they were supposed to pick me up from. At the end the driver got there 35 mins late.
He hardly spoke any English, his Arabic was broken and he was on rush.
We paid for a package that include 6 places to visit he only took us to 3 of them.
His lame excuse was the roads are busy.
We paid $90 for a trip that would have cost fraction of that amount had we used Uber.
Thieves.

Tour not in requested language - Booked a tour in English, and the tour guide could barely put together 2 complete sentences the entire tour, let alone answer any questions. I get it that English is a hard language to learn but if you offer a tour in a certain language, then make sure the tour guide can speak it.
