2 great days with the best company - We hired a car from Gira Travel for a day trip to visit - khor virap, noravank, areni winery, Geghard and Garni. Our driver/guide - Armen came in the morning and took us for the trip. He was a very nice and knowledgeable perform with loads of information about the place we were visiting. It was a great day. We had so much fun. We liked the tour so much that we booked another tour on the next day. This time we went to lake sevan, dilijan and a ski resort. Both the days Armen was with us. Both the days was super fun and we liked it very much. We can say that Gira Travel is the best. They are professional. They look after the customers. If I ever come back to Yerevan I will book tour with them again. Recommended 100%.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful - We recently visited Armenia, during which time Aram took care of us (as a private driver cum guide) right from picking up from Tbilisi on the 15/11/19 to returning us back there on the 19/11/19. He is safe and punctual driver. Has local friends everywhere he goes. Communication was easy and prompt. He helped us with a the sight seeing, took us to local markets, suggested good eating places, helped us with local SIM card and money exchange, pretty much everything we needed in the place. He has very good knowledge base of history, politics, culture of not only his own country but surrounding countries as well. We recommend him to anyone visiting Armenia needing local help with transport and guide. We wish him well in future. Thank you Aram for everything.

Must Do in Aremenia - When we decided on a trip to Armenia, we wanted to do things are way an not be part of a big group tour. If you want that option to say, "ooh, let's stop here!" then Gira Travel is the way to go, especially as driving in Armenia is quite different than in N. America. Armand was our driver and he picked us up from our hotel at a time good for us (7:30am), took us to Khor Vrap, Areni Winery for a wine, brandy, and vodka tasting, Areni-1 cave, street-side house wines, lunch (at an Armenian street-side Food Court), Noravank, Orbelian Caravanserai (a 14th century silk road stop), Noratus cemetary (has the largest collection of decorative stone crosses, known as khachkars, in the world), and Hayravank monestary along Lake Sevan, even stopping for ice cream and stone collecting before dropping us off to our hotel around 4:30pm. Excellent trip, highly recommend!
