If you prefer to discover another cogwheel train and route, you can also hop on the train to Goldau. Another accessing point to Mt. Rigi is Weggis, where a cable car brings you up to Rigi Kaltbad, from where you can continue by cogwheel train up to Rigi Kulm. Your ticket provides unlimited rides on the three transportation services for the whole day and you are able to choose your route according to your wishes.

Highly recommend! - Highly recommend for anybody staying in the Lucerne region. The mineral bath and spa were amazing, the view breathtaking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I took my wife here during our honeymoon and we added a massage and It was definitely worth it! Not to mention the amazing views of mount Rigi!

Great day on Mt Rigi. A must do - Enjoyed every minute from the ferry ride from Luzern to Weggis ( not included) to the cable car up then the train ride to almost the top, it’s a 10 minute walk up to the very top but worth the effort as the views are spectacular. We then decided to walk the 50 minutes back down rather than wait for the train (they run every hour) the views along the way were beautiful and all the cows with their bells on so cute. We then had a relaxing afternoon in the Mineralbath and Spa. The facilities were very clean, the spas so relaxing and the views very special. There were plenty of sun beds as it wasn’t crowded and enjoyed a glass of Prosecco. Would highly recommend

Great day on Mt Rigi - We had a fantastic day from the ferry ride to get to Weggis ( not included) then the cable car ride up, we then caught the train to almost the top. It’s a 10 minute walk up to the very top but well worth it as the views are spectacular. We then decided to do the 50 minute walk down rather than wait for the next train. (They run every hour) the views were beautiful along the way and all the cows with their bells on were so cute. When we got back to the Mineralbath and spa had a relaxing afternoon. The facilities were all very clean, there were plenty of sun beds as it wasn’t very busy. Would highly recommend.

We would do again! - So relaxing after our hiking adventures. Wonderful experience the whole family enjoyed. It was a great way to unwind while still enjoying the Swiss scenery

Mount Rigi Day Pass Including Mineral Baths and Spa Access - Easy to use the vouchers by yourself. Spa is small but nice. You can rent swimwear, towel and bathrobe.

Perfect combination - Perfect and massively recommended light and fun trip. Viewed the wonderful mountains around Luzern, experienced cogwheel views of Queen mount rigi and spent a few hours unwinding in a lux spa. Rigi was soooo helpful and helped my inquiry right away!

Loved it! - Train ride up was quite scenic. Spa was excellent, clean and spacious. Views from top of Mt Rigi and spa are spectacular. Plan to spend the day there.

Worth the Trip! - Don't let the cogwheel in the description confuse you, it looks like a normal train. The spa was a really fun experience! Really warm water with inside and outdoor options with great views of the alps. You can also take a break and go into the amazing steam room. Getting here from Lucerne is fairly easy. Just take the ferry from the massive port that you can't miss and if you can't you can ask locals. The cogwheel train ride is literally 100 steps once you get off the ferry so you can't miss that either.

Last minute cancel and fantastic customer service - It was raining nonstop for days so we would not have made the most of the ride to the Mt. Rigi or the spa. In addition, from where we were staying in Lucene, it would cost us $100 Francs each way to Weggis to get to Mt. Riggi. The communicated with the tour guide and they suggested I contact Viator for a refund. Once I did it was all accomplished within 15 minutes! And we cancelled the day of the tour!
My friend and I were amazed at the customer service and prompt response. I have booked many excursions with Viator and will continue to do so.
