We offer hotel pick-ups, followed by transit via an omnibus along the Panamericana route, heading north towards the ranch – greeted with ‘empanadas’, juices, and wines upon arrival. Lunch consists of ‘chorizo’ (spice-laden sausage), ‘morcilla’ (blood sausage), ‘asado’, beef dishes, ‘vacío’ (thin flank) or chicken, and salads.
