Thanks to this agency we managed to get reservations at wineries that were already sold out (Zuccardi, Pulenta, El Olímpico) and we also went to Laur and Aconcagua. Punctual and safe transfer. Driver Fede very kind and polite. My family was received with great affection and attention. They even gave my father-in-law a cake to celebrate his 80th birthday. The trip was unforgettable and I am very grateful for everything. I recommend it a thousand times!!!

Great experience! - We had such an amazing time with Gustavo that we booked for a second day! Sineus chose great wineries, lunches, and olive oil manufacturers for us in Uco Valley and in Maipú. We had a great experience and can't imagine our time in Mendoza without Gustavo!

An awesome trip to Mendoza - We did all our tours with Sineus. There were three of us in our group and we went by car.our driver and tour guide was Gustavo. He was extremely attentive and helpful. Stopping so we could take pictures,pointing out various points of interest during the drive. Our trip to Valle do Uco was truly amazing. We visited 3 bodegas ,Pedra Infinita,Alta Cruz and Giménez Rilli.The tours were so enjoyable and informative. Sineus had helped us choose these bodegas and scheduled the tours. Just do not use this company - The guide did not show up, was not answering the phone and in 1,5hours texted they had a problem with a car and were ready to go 2 hours after the initial start date. Then it appeared that the agency works predominantly with Brazilian tourists and there is nobody in the team who speaks English, so they sent a girl who was not a guide and who actually hardly spoke English. They never agreed with us the agenda although it was supposed to have been done in advance. And instead of good wineries took us to two popular places. Second - with really poor wine. Only during the tour it appeared that although the tour was a wine testing tour, the wine testing was not included. At this price I had a tour in Bordeaux, france with the visits to top tier wineries where tasing was included. So with the service level, timings and price - all in all it was a terrible experience and totally destroyed day.
