- Livadia - Drives through the fertile plain of Boeotia, driving by the town of Thebes. Proceed to Levadia, a busy town and an important junction in the road network. Also an industrial center where its textile mills treat the cotton grown in the Copais valley. The upper town is graced by white houses with jutting wooden balconies dating from the 18th C. We’ll stop for a drink by the beautiful river Karya over the spot where the water springs out. In ancient times, Karya was said to be the location of the Oracle of Trofonios Zeus which included the springs of Mnemosyne (Remembrance) and the spring of Lethe (oblivion). The oracle was used as a stage before visiting the oracle of Delphi and as such, through the times, it acquired great power and riches.

While our schedule is adaptable, what’s most crucial is that our chauffeurs are experienced travellers dedicated to assisting you in experiencing the tour of a lifetime. This is a tour tailored to suit your preferences and way of life, ensuring that all passengers can indulge in the scenic journey, make stops as they wish and steer clear of commercialised, touristy spots.
The excursion commences with convenient pickups and leads you to the springs in Levadia (experience at your convenience the springs of Remembrance & Oblivion). The journey continues via Mount Parnassus to Delphi. Explore at your convenience the Apollo and Athena sanctuaries, Museum, and break for lunch on a restaurant terrace that overlooks an olive grove valley and the Corinthian Gulf. The journey concludes via traditional settlements such as Arachova.
You have the choice between a full payment at the time of your reservation or securing your trip with only a 50% deposit at a reduced rate (compared to Full Pay Option). Additional information is available.
- You Have the options of 3 different Vehicles types: Sedan up to 3 adults or family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids - up to 10 years old free) - Minivan ( from 1 to 7 persons - 2 kids/ up to 10 years old free ) - Minibus ( from 1 to 14 persons - 2 kids/ up to 10 years old free). Price varies by Group Size or Vehicle type.
- The driver is not a licensed tour guide to accompany you on your walk to sites or museum. If you require an archaeologist guide to tour the sites with you, you need to hire one additionally.
- Your private tour is available from Athens city center. Additional charge is applicable 25€ per way from longer pickup/drop off locations, more than 7 km from Athens city center. Piraeus Port (distance 12km), Piraeus Cruise Terminal (Distance 13km) This charge does not Include: Airport (distance 36km) or Lavrio Port (distance75 km) *This is under prior agreement with the agent’s office
- Booking hours: Tour is private & flexible (up to 10 hours). However we only request to have in mind the agreement hours. But if you like to extend it, please make a fair arrangement with your tour driver/ leader.

Outstanding tour with our drive - Loved this tour. The cab driver we used was outstanding. Recommend a little restaurant that was to dye for. Totally recommend this tour.

Great tour to Delphi! - We had Nikolaos as our private driver for this tour. We had a really great day travelling to Delphi to see the beautiful sites on this tour. He was prompt, gave us information about the sites, and answered our questions about the sites we saw. He was friendly and approachable, and was a very good driver. He gave us the time we needed to see the sites, but also kept us on schedule. We highly recommend Nikolaos as a driver for this tour. It was a wonderful day!

A wonderful day seeing the Oracle of Delphi! - We had a wonderful day touring Delphi starting at our location in Athens. Our driver, Christos, was very warm and friendly with just the right amount of conversation on the long drive. We were given plenty of time to see the sites and also had refreshment and bathroom breaks on the long drive. Christos is also an excellent driver and we were so glad we didn't try to do this on our own! This is an excellent tour well worth the time and expense.

Wonderful excursion Athens to Drlhi - Communication leading up to the excursion was excellent. Christos, our driver was early, prepared, knowledgeable and friendly. On our way to Delphi he gave great information including details about Delphi, we stopped at some scenic areas, ate a a wonderful place with a view, and stopped on the way back in a picturesque village for a coffee. A wonderful day!

Delphi - Delphi was amazing. Our tour guide took us to a fabulous restaurant for lunch. Fantastic food. While I walked up the hill as much as I could I didn’t make it all the way up. However, my family did and raved about it. It was my granddaughter’s favorite part of Greece. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A great day trip from athens! - We absolutely loved the trip, more than just Delphi as well, great responsiveness and wonderful people to be around. I definitely enjoyed doing this more than a standard tour and I feel like we got a better overall experience. Really a great time and I definitely recommend them to guide you around.

A trip of a lifetime with a wonderful and knowledge driver/guide - The trip to Delphi truly made our trip to Greece a lifetime experience! Our driver Nikolaos was like a human encyclopedia filled with so much knowledge of the area of Delphi but also of Athens and the towns along with the way! The 10 hour trip was comfortable for our family of 5 adults in a luxury van, which included stops to see a Castle and Kryas Livadeia Springs along the way and lunch in a local town outside of Delphi with delicious food and ambiance. We customized our trip to add a stop to a Monastery that is more than 1000 yrs old. Communication with Nikolaus was fast and direct which was helpful. Looking to add another trip for possibly 1 week with Nikolaus in the future! Highly recommend this trip of a lifetime!

Delphi pilgrimage - Nikolaios promptly responded to out WhatsApp messages before collecting us from our hotel in a very comfortable car. He was very knowledgeable and an extremely pleasant person. He took us to all the places advertised on the tour, the pinnacle being for me, the ruins of the Delphic oracle. But the journey was almost as breathtaking as the destination; he drove us through the gorgeous mountains north of Athens and pointed out so many sites that we had only learned about as ancient history students. It was amazing to actually see them but we would never have realised without him imparting such thorough knowledge of the terrain. He also took us to a wonderful place for lunch. I cannot recommend this tour and Nikolaios highly enough.

Best experience - Christos is a very experienced driver and very knowledgeable. He will answer all questions you have, keep interesting conversation, and take you to all the places for good photos. He went out of his way at the end to show me how to get to the Acropolis and which restaurants to dine at when I came back from the tour. This experience was amazing and I don’t think there’s any better drivers than Christos. Thank you!!
