Yellow bus Lisbon - Excellent service, very good explanatory tour. Includes tickets for the Justina tram and elevator, the journey lasts approximately two hours.

48hr combo ticket - We purchased a 48 hour combo ticket which includes a 1.5hr tour of all the famous sights in Lisbon, a 2hr tour of Modern Lisbon, a 1.5hr river cruise, free access to the Elevator Santa Justa, and access to trams. All this for only €38 each which was a bargain. As the weather was so lovely we did the river cruise on two separate days. Full audio commentary in several languages. Definitely recommend the combo ticket!

Great overview of Lisbon, Great Value, Very Nice Drivers! - Great pass for the money — 48 total hours allowed us to take both routes at our leisure. My family member needed a wheelchair to help get around, and every bus driver who picked us up was SUPER kind and helpful, lowered the ramp, and patiently helped my family member board and disembark from the bus. We are very grateful to the drivers, and they are a credit to your company. The routes themselves cover a huge area and (as a Lisbon local myself), I think they are an excellent collection of sights that help visitors get a good overview interesting museums, landmarks, and neighborhoods. We took the "Modern" Route on April 4, and the "Belém" Route on April 5.

Good offer but some patience necessary - We booked 48 hours hop-on/hop-off, both up to and including the bus. The bus trip from Plaza Comércio to Belén is brilliant, beautiful views and lots of interesting information. The bus is good for getting a good overview. The app with bus tracking is very helpful. Tram 28 was rather sad because we waited for over an hour after 6:30 p.m. and no tram came (power outage or interruption??) Tram tracking or status info in the app would be good, otherwise you wait forever for nothing... ... left a negative impression...

Don't expect too much, especially for it to be on time. - Staff is really nice and friendly. Had to go ask for maps and earphones, so remember to ask for them, they do not give it when we buy the tickets. Changed 3 buses on the first day. Two of them didn't have the information audio device working. That's okay we thought.. happens. On one of ths stops that we weren't going to get on the bus, we saw it leaving about ten minutes early. Raised eyebrows, but okay. The final bus that we were supposed to take didn't show up at all at the stop.. I guess it just much earlier like the previous one (We had reached there 8 minutes before time). It's a standard mediocre quality bus tour. Don't expect it to be on time or for things to work, and you'll be okay.

Lack of respect for tourists. - We waited more than an hour for the bus to pass, we arrived at 1500h, near the navy museum and the bus only arrived at 16:00h, everything leads us to believe that it was on purpose to arrive close to 19:00h and not have to do another trip, the red buses pass at least three times.

Nice trip but with problems! Yellow bus LIS - Nice tour and good information about the sights. Maybe there could be a little more informations about what you can see on the route in Lisboa. We had two 48h ticket (76€) yellow bus + tram and got it printed at our first bus trip. Sadly we lost the print for the second day. We had the online booking confirmation, payment and the voucher but we’re not allowed to get into the bus again without the print. Us was told that we can get a discount for a new one. Also there was no reaction to our support e-mail. There was only a Portuguese telephone number… no chance to get help. That‘s a very bad way to handle customers!
