Through our pedestrian excursions, traditional history tours are replaced with exploring the city as a local would. The focus of our tour is as much about the people you encounter as the sights you visit. Our local guides, also known as Lokafyers, are full of enthusiasm for their city and look forward to imparting their knowledge and viewpoints. As Lokafyers are not professional tour guides and only do this part-time, they provide a genuine and personal experience, akin to a friend guiding you through their city. By the conclusion of the tour, you’ll be at ease finding your way around the city and feel confident that you possess all the necessary information to maximize your visit.
- Lokafy tours provide a general overview of the city with practical information from a local’s perspective, not detailed historical facts
- In case travellers would like to include a visit to an attraction, they would need to cover the cost of entrance for themselves and also the Lokafyer (local guide)
- Tours are entirely personalized, please provide the start time, meeting place and information about you so that we can organize the tour
- This is a walking tour. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes

Fun AND Informative - Our guide Nafsika was absolutely charming. She was so well informed about the history of the area and had a great sense of direction. She really knew her way around the city! As we were interested in current affairs, she catered our tour to parts of Limassol that were just fascinating for us and in addition to a very informative tour, we had fun! It was just a terrific tour.
I would definitely recommend Nafika to anyone looking to see the real Limassol.

Like touring the city with a friend - Although it was a Sunday evening and nearly all tourist spots are closed, we managed to visit archeological sites Amathus, Limmasol Marina, Seafront Promenade, outside of Paradox Museum and Pharmacy Museum, managed to explore the inside of Carob Mill, even get to watch typical Cyprus wedding event there. Lokafy guide and I had a fantastic time chatting exchanging cultures between Cyprus and Singapore over a Cyprus Meze dinner frequent by the locals. Overall, it was a more enjoyable experience having a private tour as I get more covered.

Pleasant guide, not so great tour operator. - Plleasant guide, but for some reason the tour olerator had us meet more thanna mile from the old city, port, marina, etc., so we had to walk there before really seeing much. Not the guide’s fault.
