In this one-on-one session, you’ll learn how to make 2 different pasta dishes and the classic tiramisu dessert from the ground up. Your Cesarina will share the insider tips and techniques behind these signature dishes.

Perfecto! - What a wonderful and truly unique experience....The visit to Carlo's family summer villa which has been in his family since it was built in the 1800's alone was worth the booking. Rustic and very Italian authentic in the best way. The cooking was more via demonstration but it was wonderful to watch them work and the cuisine in the end was delicious, especially with the garden setting.

Five star, personal experience with charming hosts in a stunning location - This was a wonderful private cooking class with charming hosts in the delightful family home of one of the Baroque city of Lecce’s leading families. Matilde shared her culinary insights and secrets with us, showcasing local produce and traditional recipes. We were made to feel part of the family in this five star, very personal experience.
