We might spot individuals toiling away in olive groves or transporting harvested wine grapes, either atop their heads or using the ‘monorail’ - a distinctive form of hillside transportation. Our journey will take us along cliff edges, through forests and vineyards, and past private, picturesque gardens bedecked with fragrant Mediterranean flora.
