Extraordinary - I traveller Solo to Siem Reap. I was there for a total of 4 days and accompanying me was my guide, Mork and driver, Visna. Both of them made me feel Siem Reap as a place of home. They gave me full insights about Siem Reap and never a day I felt alone. Importantly, Mork has a great knowledge about his country and was proud of the achievements. A country filled with rich of history and heritage which was explained by my guide, Mork and driver, Visna. I was surprised by the service rendered by Bayon Adventures and I have no regrets engaging them. 100% safe, friendly and trust worthy. At the end of the trip, I not only know about Siem Reap but forged a greant bond and friendship with Mork and Visna. Brothers in another country, as a sole traveller, both ensured I brought back wonderful memories. And a true dream come true for visiting Siem Reap. My heartiest appreciation to Bayon Adventures, Sambath, Mork and Visna <3. PS: I've got alot of pictures but choosing the best one with the bestest.

Adventure into the Countryside - The adventure into the countryside was very interesting and was hosted by a well versed guide called Mork. He took us to a farm where apart from animals we saw a rice still then on to see rice being threshed. We passed through acres of rice fields and lotus ponds ending at a delightful shop that sold lotus fibre, silk and cotton items. From there we went to an area of fish ponds where we had a delightful lunch before being driven back to our hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had and I would recommend this tour.

March 03 - We were at the countryside Jeep experience today with our guide Mo. We visited a local village, where Mo showed how rice is processed, hammocks are woven, and told about the peculiarities of local funerals. Then we visited a Lotus farm. Unfortunately, the lotuses did not bloom (((But we had a wonderful lunch there. Our level of English is not high at all, but Mo has managed to convey to us a lot of interesting information about local residents and about the country in General. Thank you very much!!!

Cool Jeep tour! - We took a morning countryside tour with Oum and it was lovely. Since it was December it wasn't too hot so a jeep was fine, not sure about summer haha. My personal favorite was the golden/green rice fields. Stunningly beautiful. Oum was a lovely guide, always cracking jokes lol. And the restaurant we went to for lunch was delicious! Just to note- it was dusty when we went so bring a face mask/khmer scarf or something to cover your mouth. Since this is the countryside in cambodia virtually none of the roads are paved meaning it gets CRAZY BUMPY. I would strongly avoid if you have a bad back or are pregnant. I'm young and spry so I was fine.

Great experience - See only Angkor Wat wasn't enough to complete our trip to Siem Reap, driving classic army jeep through the countryside and ricefield helped us to understand better the real Cambodia. Lots to see on the way, kids kept waving to us; we saw water buffalos, cows, birds and lotus ponds etc.. We stopped at the hill for the view of the village and tasting local delicacy such snails, snake, and the baluts. The sunset on ricefield was brilliant. In the evening, our guide took us to a delicious local seafood restaurant, where none of the tourists could find it themself. It was a great half-day tour, I'd highly recommend it.

Amazing - Being in Siem Reap for a couple days, we have only been around the city. So, we headed out towards the countryside & it was breathtaking. We were able to watch water buffalo bathe in a creek & watch the sunset behind the mountain.. it was VERY very beautiful. Once the sun went down we went out for dinner at a local crab shop & it was amazing. Sambath & Mork were super friendly. They were both multilingual which is pretty cool. They were very informative & showed us a side of Siem Reap I have never seen before. I definitely recommend! You will not regret it.
