Scenic Crete Tour - We were picked up promptly at our resort by our wonderful driver, George. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the car seat was all ready for our toddler. We had a great tour, seeing all the beautiful scenery and small towns and had quite a tasty lunch. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide!

Amazing trip, worth seeing cave - It was amazing experience! I meet fantastic people and we had greatest trip! The driver Nikos was amazing host and guide. Even thought the heat was a bit heavy, we still managed to go up to see cave of Zeus, one couple used donkeys. But most important, we had fun and made nice memories.

Great day increte - This was a great tour with Danny. Saw many places and never felt rushed visiting any of them. It was a long day but parts of this tour are only accessible by 4WD so was well worth it. Lunch at local taverna was delicious and plentiful. Catered for all dietary requirements of our group. Danny’s English is not perfect but he is knowledgeable and a great character. We booked this directly through the hotel and max on tour would be 6.

Good tour! - We enjoyed this tour a lot. Our guide Nickolas was great! Extremely knowledgeable about many subjects. To counter the one review that complained about tickets being separate cost. No tour in Greece has the includes price of admittance for attractions. They are always separate. The tour price to me was good considering the distance you traveled, the safe driving through back roads and off road in a newer Land Rover, and the wonderful meal and wine provided at a taverna in a small village on a plateau. Warning, the hike to the Zeus cave was very difficult for those that are not in the best shape or older. It was well worth all the effort though. I recommend this tour and tour company.

Not for the faint hearted - Fantastic day. We loved the boat ride to Spinalonga (be prepared to climb once on the island). Lots of history znd6 lovely views. We then went with the guide up the mountains to Krista, beautiful village, before going further into the mountains for lunch (where we tried goat, it was really good). We also saw the 1000 year old tree, and visited Zeus's cave (be prepared to climb). They had donkeys which you could hire to take you up the mountain and bring you back down (completely disagree with this. We saw a man about 20st sat on a poor donkey who was struggling in 32 degrees to take him up and down the mountain, if they are going to use them they should be restricted to children under 7). Our guide was very informative discussed at great length with my 14yr old Greek mythology

Disappointing - Spinalong Island and Cave of Zeus are both well worth visiting as was the mountainous countryside we traversed and the villages we saw. HOWEVER, our guide/driver had only a halting understanding of English, he did not provide a commentary just answered questions that he knew and then only in general terms. Our main concerns were, 1. Even after parting with 84€ each, we still had to pay another 8€ each to get on Spinalong Island whilst our guide/driver stayed on the mainland, ie no guide to familiarise us with the structures and history of the island and its settlements just let us wander around! 2. We parted with another 6€ each to enter Diktaean Cave, the birthplace of Zeus. Again our guide pointed to the start of the 20 minute trek and remained behind drinking coffee! A little bit rich!
