Fantastic tour start to finish!!! - The whole trip start to finish was fantastic for Zakopane with thermal baths tour! Poland is a truly beautiful country looking at the old wooden huts to the cuisine. Mike was a fantastic tour guide and was nice to find out some history! Love the up to date messages at each stop to let you know locations and times to be back at the bus. The further information given about places to eat in Zakopane was a great help as your time goes very fast so know where to go and what to eat took stress out the visit! Great information on the thermal baths prior to entry which again helps save time and makes for an enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend me and my partner loved it and the views were just breathtaking ❤️

Zakopane day trip from Krakow - Amazing day trip and a must do if you are spending 3-4 days in Krakow, it is a full day. Matthew was great and very informative and enthusiastic he gave great recommendations too! The stop off and cheese and vodka tasting was lovely. The thermal baths were amazing, we did go when it was half term for Polish children and it was very busy but we went in the adults only section and it was brilliant. If you are booking the thermal baths you must take your own flip flops as it’s a requirement now. We didn’t know and had to buy some. Zakopane was amazing and so was the cable car up the mountains! I’d definitely recommend this trip. Transfer from our hotel to Zakopane and back was also faultless. Thank you to Matthew who made the trip!

Great excursion - Definitely book this if you have the time! We had only 2 days in Krakow and decided to do this on one of the days and i’m so glad we did. Our tour guide Michael was excellent and everything ran so smoothly. Our trip coincided with the polish school holidays which meant the thermal springs were extremely busy (struggled to get in any pools, soooo many children around etc) but it was still enjoyable!

Beautiful day trip - The day trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths was a great experience. The snow up there only made it better aswell. Our tour guide Mike was extremely helpful and gave great advice for places to eat and visit whilst in Zakopane. The day is packed full of activities and is long but totally worth it. The only thing I wish was different is that we would have had more time at the thermal baths as 2.5 hours was not enough for me.

Well worth the visit - Fabulous trip to Zacopane and hot springs. Payed £98 Micheal our tour operator was brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable and tentative. Stopped off for vodka and sheep cheese with visit to small wooden village. Was slightly disappointed with hot springs, which seemed more like an oversized leisure centre. Not what I expected, very busy and noisy. Adult pool had no outdoor area pool, just large tin tubs. Zacopane was amazing, lots do see and do for everyone. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Be careful not to be scammed by people dressed as bears or penguins ect who ask you to take a photo using your phone or camera they usually don’t tell you how much until afterwards and maybe expensive. But a lovely trip well worth the money.
