Good tour company. Pleaseant excursion, don't miss the museum at the end. - Good tour company, reliable with excellent communication. Our guide was particularly good, a history teacher working as a guide as a second job. The salt mines are a pleasant excursion, and the underground museum at the end of the tour was for us the best bit. We were a bit shell-shocked from visiting Auschwitz the day before, you might want to do this tour first.

A lot of steps!!! - Great trip - lasts about 3/4 hours and omg! A lot of walking & 800 steps! There’s a lift to get back to street level. It’s an amazing thing to see, but gets very busy so try & go out of season & book before you go. Best to get guided tour as so much to learn & hear about. Also very warm underground, so no coats are needed. Not that interesting for young children.

Too long for too little - Concept sounds enchanting but there really is not that much to see other than a few hand carved rooms (which were excellent) but a lot of walking and waiting for the group ahead of us all the time. Maybe if you go early in the day it would be more enjoyable. Be prepared to walk for about 15 minutes at the end of the tour to the elevators back up to ground and then another 10 mins to get back to the starting point to get to your vehicle.

Rubbish - Don’t book. With Viator this company sold me a tour on a day it was closed Easter Sunday I rang to sort out without knowing it was a premium number from the uk and got landed with a £300 phone bill They cancelled 3 tours that weekend for us
