Overall very good - Touring the salt mines. The only thing I did not like was we were unable to hear the guide and there were to many in the group

Unmissable excursion when visiting Krakow - Great communication from the tour company and driver Amazing place to go - don't miss it If you visit Krakow. Beware there is a lot of walking and hundreds of stairs. The lift going back up is a proper miners cage lift which is a very tight squeeze but all part of the experience!

Who knew humble salt could be so amazing !!! - This tour is a MUST!!!! I saw pictures before I went but they do not do it justice. I was also surprised that after the tour I found out that we had actually only covered 1% - 2% of the mine...like really?! We had Aleksander / Oleksander (?) as our English tour guide and he was very witty and kept us entertained. He was also extremely knowledgeable as our group had ALOT of questions and he knew how to answer them all. I am still really fascinated by how NaCl basic table salt is actually so brilliant - do not take my word for it. Do the tour!!!

Do not show any sign of limited mobility - Purchased tickets before traveling. When got there guide refused me entry as I had walking stick. Despite saying I would attempt tour I was told this was not possible as only 1 exit at. Was refused refund as informed I hadn't read T&C's, which I had. We booked it knowing there was a lot of walking but highly embarrassed to be refused entry and no refund. Husband continued tour, I sat outside in the freezing cold for 2 & 1/2 hours as cafe was closed. He enjoyed the trip.
