Fantastic fun and great food - We had such a fantastic time. It was well organized and on time. The food was great. The dancing was fun and they got everyone involved. The drinks were unlimited and help yourself so that was amazing. We met a lot of people as the seating was large picnic table style. The meals were served to us and after there was a buffet. Come hungry! I would highly recommend it for anyone. Also, you can tip after with credit card if needed so you don't have to have cash for that but it is easier.

Great evening - Took this trip, to the outskirts of Krakov, on our first night in the city and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The pick up point was easy to find and the traditional polish fayre was tasty. The unlimited free beer, wine & soft drinks were very welcome while you also received a cherry vodka on arrival. The setting was a beautifully rustic long building and added to the ambiance, which was further enhanced by the three sets performed by the traditional dancers and musicians. Overall, good value and highly enjoyable.

So much food! - We did this on our last night in Krakow & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We got picked up for a 20 minute drive to the venue & were seated on our own table. We were given a cherry liqueur which was delicious as we arrived, and all drinks including beer & wine were unlimited for the evening (the wine wasn’t the best, but we didn’t expect it to be, the beer was good though). We were served with Polish sour soup - we didn’t like the look or sound of it, but all agreed it was delicious! We were then served with schnitzel, potatoes & sauerkraut, this was very good! Then there was an unlimited hot & cold buffet with a vast array of traditional Polish food including dessert. The music & dancing was great fun & there was some audience participation! It was a great evening & we were dropped back off where we were picked up. It was a two hour experience (3 with transfers) and it was brilliant. When you get on the bus, they check for dietary requirements & food allergies which was good. To get there, there are two pick up points, but at drop off, there is only one. As time slots are booked, the bus will not wait if you are late!

Poor organization/communication and description (re duration) of event - Have used Viator on many occasions all around the world and never found them wanting, however not this time! Poor communication re ‘premium pick up service’ from hotel - not included in voucher - contact with Viator resulted in an amended voucher issue with ‘premium pick up included’. Phoned local service provider to check on the day and advised no pick up arranged/ must make city Centre pick up point/ don’t offer premium service - agreed to check with with Viator and call back. Two hours later after numerous calls asking for pick up confirmation and 30 mins prior to event, advised taxi enroute! 45 mins no taxi, got to venue late. Show excellent, sadly food/drinks very poor. Event listed for 3hours, ended after 2hrs - venue emptied and left waiting 1hr for taxi to return - sorry but this was not the experience we had booked and hoped for!

No show! - They confirmed the day before. Never showed up or contacted us. We tried messaging and calling with no luck. We waited over an hour. It was very disappointing since we wasted our night.
