I think this is better than the Auschwitz tour - This is an incredible tour that I very nearly didn't take because I felt the subject (Schindler) was perhaps too niche. BIG MISTAKE. This experience is less about Schindler and more an informative and hilarious (at times) history of WWII, perfectly presented and guided by Mitch. All for him by name. I've been on not than 100 tours all over the world, and Mitch (Maejic) (sp?) is possibly the best guide. He's acerbic, succinct, with, and had a way about him that will have you remembering the facts very easily. I loved this tour.

A great tour - Matt was a good guide, v knowledgeable and informative. The factory tour was really good. There were different floor materials to give different impressions and music added to the atmosphere. Fans of Schindler’s List won’t be disappointed.

Not up to this hero who saved 2000 Jews; the museum visit is very commercial!! - The testimony of this hero, who saved 2,000 Jews, is very important. However, the visit does not fully reflect the difficulties and dangers he faced, nor the fact that he ended up ruined for saving those lives. The organization of the visit is unclear, with several groups visiting at the same time, in different languages, which creates some confusion. In addition, the reconstruction uses objects that are not from the period, and the tour ends with a High Award Shop. It is hoped that the proceeds will be donated to Jewish associations or the family of the hero, in order to honour him appropriately.

Lousy customer service. - We bought our tickets to tour the museum before leaving on our trip so the tickets were pre-paid. On the day of our reserved tour, the museum experienced electrical issues. After waiting outside, with little communication, the museum said that they weren't sure when the museum would open, that it could be two hours or closed all day. We had other plans, as did others who had tickets, so we left because that was all they told us. Who was going to stand around waiting for what could be hours and still not be able to get in. Now that we are home and I'm trying to get a refund, they are telling me that the tour was only delayed by 15 minutes so they won't refund. We never heard a thing from anyone, either at the museum or through Headout, that they were reopening so that we could turnaround and go back. We were very disappointed to not be able to do the tour and not being able to get a refund is adding insult to injury. The museum is sticking to their guns telling me that this was in the terms but there is nothing that we can find anywhere on the website or paperwork with the tickets. I'm now working with our credit card company to dispute this. We are grossly disappointed. The electrical issues could happen anywhere anytime, but the fact that they are not going to work with us is incredible.
