Mr Shuttle Airport pickup. Highly recommend. - Would highly recommend Mr Shuttle for airport transfer. Driver was Pitor. He was at the airport and arrived for hotel pick-up on time. Very nice guy and chatting the whole journey with information about Krakow.

Great airport transfers. - Very Reliable and prompt airport transfers. Picked up from outside hotel. Very helpful when asked if could be picked up from hotel earlier for the airport homeward bound journey. The team nailed it! Staff courteous and professional. Can’t fault it!

Not great. - Used this company to tranfer from the airport to city centre hotel. Very cheap but....the driver threatened to leave as we were 4 minutes late! ( 3 people checking passports for 600 people ) and then he drove far too fast overtaking just 1 car when there were 15 in front of us.

Mr Shuttle transfers are a SCAM - Just terrible. Our flight was 1 hr late leaving UK. We landed in Krakow at 0035. We only had hand luggage so was in arrivals hall at 0045. We scanned the drivers , who all had the names of their passengers on well written signs. Ours was nowhere to be seen. We waited for 10-15mins to see if our driver would appear and scanned all signs again. Still nothing. It is now 0100hrs.
I rang the emergency number provided on our voucher and was immediately cut off!
At this point we had no other choice but to get in an airport taxi to bring us into the city. This cost 135pln. Our original transfer cost 32pln.
I have e-mailed Mr Shuttle (2 days ago) and have still not had a response.
Do NOT use. This is a scam!!!!
