- Museum is closed on the following dates: 1st of January, first day of Easter, 16th of April and 25th of December.
- The maximum size of backpacks brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions 30x20x10 cm.
- For all bookings we need full names of all participants (same as in ID or passports). You will be also asked to have your ID during the tour.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately

Harrowing inhumanity to man - The tour guide Marta was exceptional fluid knowledgeable informative and pleasant. The one fault was you waited until the tour was paid and then changed the time of the trip. There was also pressure on timing . Not the guide’s fault but your greediness

To pay respects to my family - The guides spoke very poor English. I knew already the sad history. It would have been nice to understand her. In addition a little more history of this period would have put this in better context

Don't book with them - We had booked the Tour two months before. The day before at 8pm they let us know that they are canceling it. I had been trying to contact them all day to confirm the activity and they did not respond until the cancellation message arrived.
The worst thing is that they notify you so late that they don't leave you room to look for an alternative. It is a shame

Worst company EVER - Worst company ever!! Landed in Krakow one day prior to our planned tour to Auschwitz, only to find out it had been cancelled due to a political event! Company will not answer the phone either. AVOID

Cancel last minute - DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! me and my partner booked 3 months in advance for our trip from the uk only to be told less than 24 hours before that our tour was cancelled due to a ‘political event’ which seems to be a common excuse. It’s near impossible to get another tour with this short notice but luckily we managed to get another one for TRIPLE the price but at least we got one. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to use this company at all.

Cancelled 2 days before - Avoid this company. We reserved trip to Auschwitz 2 months in advance, and they cancelled 2 days before the trip.
Luckily we could find another trip, leaving from Katowice, but it was much more expensive

Avoid, totally unreliable! - AVOID - If I could, I would give this a zero rating.
We pre booked this tour before travelling to Krakow and it was cancelled at 4:34 pm on the afternoon before travelling the next day! Reason given "political event"......don't believe it!
I now see from previous reviews that that this is a common reason for this company to cancel trips at the last minute. Disgraceful when people are obviously travelling from abroad and book this trip!
