trip to Krakow - Excellent experience with this tout operator. With Mr. Lech we booked the tour to Auschwitz -Birkenau and the Wielichza salt mine. He corrected a date error during the booking process without any problems. He acted as our guide on the tour to Auschwitz, with good competence and command of language. Highly recommendable

Excellent organization, great Leach, highly recommended, very honest price. - Perfect service, we left punctually from our hotel towards Auschwitz, in a comfortable and brand new van which took us to our destination in just over an hour. Here we met Leach, our Italian-speaking guide, who was very knowledgeable and who with enthusiasm and clarity introduced us to this ugly piece of history up close.

Tour with Lech - I did two tours today with Lech, Auschwitz/Birkenau and the salt mines in the afternoon. Lech and his staff are very knowledgeable and capable of organizing guides within the sites. It was an interesting tour at a truly competitive price.

Krakow and surroundings - They picked us up very close to the hotel, everything was organized very well, Lech from Krakow travel is absolutely reliable, contacted several times via whatsapp both from Italy and in Krakow and always responded quickly, also used to see the salt mines and for the transfer to the airport, highly recommended

Average experience - Courteous, punctual and helpful guide but the experience itself was average. We finished an hour earlier than expected. Furthermore, it would be appreciated to have more details on the visit, perhaps to choose a different tour.

Positive experience, but poorly managed day - The guide who accompanied us on the visit to the camp was impeccable, he explained clearly and comprehensively. He was an official camp guide who is randomly assigned to various groups. The company that published this ad on TripAdvisor takes care of purchasing the tickets, organizing the day and making the trip using its own vehicle. Our driver in particular was moving in a hurry and did not make the transfers pleasant, as he drove abruptly. We were not given time to eat after the visit, and inside the camp for reasons of regulations, you rightly cannot eat. We went from 7 am to 1 pm without the possibility of eating, despite the fact that the day before I was told to bring a packed lunch. So what was it for? Just 2 breaks of 10 minutes were assigned to go to the bathroom in a hurry, and since there is always a queue at the bathroom, everyone goes away in 10 minutes. I am not at all satisfied with the terrible way the day was handled by the agency, but overall the experience in Auschwitz was positive.
