Amazing experience! Absolutely WORTH IT! - It was totally amazing experience. Special thanks to the guide for being respectful, funny and knowledgable. We visit jaw-dropping cotton castle with comfortable van. We spent almost 3 and a half hour on the road per way but worth it. Cleopatra's pool was perfect. Absolutely recommended!

Pamukkale tour from Izmir - This was a great day out. Our tour guide Mehmet had good English and very knowledgeable, they picked us on time from the hotel, he made the trip very enjoyable and let us enjoy what we wanted to do. Our driver was Turan, was good natured and stopped in the journey to give us rest. We were also taken to to a textile and leather factory which we enjoyed. The car was almost new and very comfortable. The only thing that was not perfect was the food and it’s location, if this can be improved the trip was first class.

LONG drive and beautiful historical site - Pamukkale is a beautiful scenic and historic location that should not be missed please note that it very crowded with tourists that brings you into close proximity to many others while in the water). However, what I did not know when I booked this trip is that because I was staying/picked-up in Konak (Izmir) we drove 1 hour drive to another location to wait for 30 minutes for another transport and then another 3 hours to Pamukkale. This placed me in a touring bus for almost 9+ hours when all was said and done with just a few hours to spend at Pamukkale. Our tour guide was fun and quite knowledgable and brimming with enthusiasm and energy regarding the subject matter and her beloved Türkiye. She was at times very hard to understand.

Regret signing up with this company for a once in a lifetime experience. - Our pickup time was 6:45am. Our driver was an elderly gentleman who had us get into his car as he drove us over an hour to where the shuttles are for the tour. This was not conveyed to us that this would be the process, nor did the gentleman speak a word of English, so we were confused the entire time as to where we are going, where the tour is, why we are alone in this car, etc. Finally we get to where the shuttles are and head off to Pamukkale, but not without a stop first to an entirely pointless shop selling extremely overpriced jewerly and various onyx items for 10x their value. This wasted a good portion of the time which we didn't want to miss since Pamukkale is over 3 hours away each direction and we didn't have that much time there anyway. On the way, we got a few relatively lazy tidbits of information so we can't say we truly learned a whole lot here. By the time we got to Pamukkale, it was 1:45, meaning there was 7 (!!!) hours from pickup time to when we could enjoy what we signed up for. We had a little over 2.5 hours to enjoy there, whereupon we had to promptly get back on the bus and leave. We got home by 9:30pm, meaning our day was just under 14 hours long, of which only 2.5 hours were spent actually enjoying what we signed up for. I understand it is far but I would expect far more time nonetheless to enjoy Panukkale and not waste so much time on other things. It seemed poorly planned overall, with poor communication throughout.

Really bad experience - Hello, the experience with that Tour was very bad. for me from Izmir the tour time was more than 12 hours, which I can understand because the distance was very long. What I cannot understand is that we have arrived at the historical site of interest, the reason for which I hired the Tour, around noon, and they have led us to waste more than two hours of time shopping sites that are not of interest to me , which were not included in the Tour program, and for which I did not pay. That meant we had less than three hours to tour hierapolis, pamukale. In addition, the guide did not give us a good explanation about the city, I managed to go through the entire city since I had studied on my own, but the guide never told us about the necropolis, the north gate, rather he seemed interested in us spending the pool time. Terrible experience, I would never recommend it
