Very nice place to spend time with family. Enjoyed the Jeep safari and sight seeing. Food was very good. - Very good arrangements by Iris Holidays. The package include transport from Kochi and stays in Munnar. 4 days and 3 night package. Pleasant saty at Fog resort and spa.

Good & professional service starting from hotel booking , airport pickup & driver provided - We have booked 2 nights & 3 days trip to Munnar through Iris holidays. Overall experience was very good; entire process of booking was very smooth. Every information asked was provided in details, trip was curated as per our requirement & budget. Quality of the car provided is also very good. Cherry on the cake was “ driver” who was with us for all 3 days. Mr. Babu Antony is very friendly , professional, punctual & experienced driver. He loves to talk & we enjoyed chatting with him. He has good knowledge of places & restaurants around the places & guided us as per our need. Overall we had a great experience & enjoyed our holidays. Perfect First Visit to Kerala - The tour was brilliant. Our driver Afsal was FANTASTIC! He was so knowledgeable and kind. I don't think I'd ever want to do a Kerala tour without him in the future. Know what you want to see in Munnar - We were looking for a way to visit Munnar from Fort Cochin so booked this trip. Communication before the trip with the travel agent was good. He was able to arrange for our driver to take us onto Alleppey, for a reasonable additional cost, at the end of the tour. Antony was our driver. We felt very safe with his driving, his English was good and he was a courteous guide. He took us to great restaurants to eat. The hotel that was provided was the Lake n Hills. A beautiful hotel in the hills. There was nothing close by but we only didn’t need to go anywhere the food was good so we ate at hotel. I would say that this trip was really a two day trip with a private driver and two days hotel. The itinerary was not clear, but what did become clear was that the driver would take you anywhere you wanted, such as elephant sanctuary, cultural show, Ayurvedic hospital. He was very accommodating. We did not make use of this we just took did what was on offer. The best part of the trip was the national park which was just stunning. We were taken to a tea factory which was ok, but I would have liked to have done a tea plantation tour. Overall I would say definitely do this tour but do some research and have some places in mind that you would like to see in and around Munnar.
