Himeji with Hiro - HIRO was an excellent guide! He helped us through the use of the tram and train transportation to Himeji from Kobe. His expertise in explaining the Himeji castle and the surrounding grounds was amazing. He also helped us find the perfect spot for a Japanese lunch! Finally, the tea service at the tea house was indeed special! We were very grateful for his patience and wealth of information.

Cherry Blossom visit with HIRO as our guide! - HIRO was amazing ! He guided us to Himeji through the tram and train. His expertise in guiding us through the castle and gardens was greatly appreciated. He made for a perfect excursion!

Make your Kobe Tour a fun experience with a fantastic tour guide, Yama-san - Our guide, Yama-san, was knowledgeable of the area and humorous in his explanation. He professionally planned our trip to meet our specific interests and needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to sake breweries Yama-san chose for us (sake maker sang a traditional sake making song for us at Hamafukutsuru) and Nunobiki Herb Garden to see the view of Kobe. We highly recommend Yama-san for your guide when you choose Kobe Tour

Kobe in 4 hours - Hero showed us Kobe finding out what we wanted and taking us there using taxis and public transport. She chowed us the shines and temples in Kobe and made the history and culture interesting. You would not be disappointed taking a tour with her.

OK KOBE - Mr. Haru was wonderful. It was a personalised itinerary but still manage to show me some places in Kobe. Also, giving some ice breakers (did you know) whilst walking or commuting.

Cancelled tour - The tour was cancelled due to a guide not found. Waiting for a refund from the company. Hopefully, it will be soon.

No show with almost no notice - They canceled the tour the day before saying they could not find a guide after they charged my credit card and suggested a refund would be the way to proceed but never responded to my follow up emails
