Very great and safe tour with Shark - I was hesitant to take a motorcycle tour in Kigali, but Shark made sure that the experience was safe and wonderful. Thank you very much shark

Disappointing - It was a very disappointing experience, the tour guide didn’t show up!
Meeting was arranged at 9 am, I was there at 8:30 after waiting for over an hour, the guide had sent a message that morning saying that due to traffic issues, it would start at 11 am.. I waited till 11:20 … no show!
The guide was given the opportunity to move the tour to the following day… the response was … no commitment… I will do by best!😳
