- In any case, if your booking isn’t matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child’s age, child’s height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund

Beautiful lights at Night - Very nice tour of Chaophraya. The sea of lights from Bangkok from the boat is perfect. Beautiful sights dipped in their lights in the evening / night. The food on board was also great 👍🏻 we will book it again the next time we visit

Aussie night out - Last minute booking , could only get lower deck , finding the booking office a little difficult inside a very busy shopping centre , would have thought the office would have been on the dock ? Give yourself plenty of time to find … after that information very clear on on what cruise you on , what boat number , etc etc . After being seated the cruise manger came and upgraded us to the top deck . Thank u so much .
People need to chill a little as there was a mad rush for the food when there was no need ! There is plenty to go around including big prawns …
Great staff , great food , and a great female entertainer who got all involved on the night up dancing and singing etc .
All ran like clock work from the minute we left the dock till we returned, 2 hours later .
Would recommend this cruise and company to anybody looking for a fun night out on the river .

Great entertainment! - Excellent experience, well organized, great food selection and entertainment on the boat. Trip with friends, birthday celebration during our stay in Bangkok

Fantastic boat trip - This boat trip was perfect and together with the atmosphere, music, food and fireworks it couldn't be topped. We still shudder today at how beautiful it was. This trip is highly recommended.

Check-in delayed and a bit challenging, but all in all ... NICE - It was very crowded at the Icon Siam, as many dinner cruises start from the Piers at IconSiam, and the check in was a bit challenging. Maybe it was because of the weekend. We were informed that we should be there at 6, but the staff only came around 7:15 to give us the tickets. Other than that it was a fun experience. The food was plenty and choice was good. It was ok for vegetarians, we had a bit of choice. The music and the singer were good, and the last part with dancing was fun. All in all - NICE.

Beautiful city cruise but purpose not served - This cruise is meant to city in lights but the moment it is started they open dinner and people missing beautiful city in night. The cruise should start the Dinner after one hour after tour started. Food is good. Entertainment is good. Singer singing indian and English songs. Authorities should provide seating arrangement for the tourists waiting to board cruise. People are standing tired for more than an hour and not enjoying cruise fully

Poor Broading Logistic - The crusie environment is good and the waiters service quality and atttitude is excellent. The food variety at buffet is a bit limited. However, the broading logistic and arrangment is extremely poor. Different cruise ships are broading at the same pier, and schedule or information is unavaliable at the pier, lot of people are crowed and conjested around the pier.

Navigating Bangkok's Busy Waterfront - Trials and Triumphs - We arrived approximately 10 minutes before the deadline due to heavy traffic in Bangkok. However, upon arrival, we discovered ICON Siam, a vast complex bustling with thousands of people and numerous shops. Finding the meeting point, which required at least an hour, was virtually impossible. Consequently, we missed our cruise. Upon reaching the piers, I encountered a sea of people and spent over 20 minutes searching for someone to assist us. Eventually, we found a helpful lady from the company who arranged a reasonably priced speedboat to take us to the cruise ship. We managed to board approximately 30 minutes before it concluded.

The views were great.... - The views were great. Food was good. Organisation was awful , finding the check in was a nightmare and lining up was like a cattle market. Whole thing at the Dock was complete chaos.

The cruise experience was... - The cruise experience was delightful, but the getting to the meeting point an then to the pier and to the ferry was very hard and hectic. No proper signs were there. Too chaotic and frustrating. As well as getting back. Huge lineups for taxis
