Fantastic trip with Mr. Menuka! - We had such a great experience in Sri Lanka with Beauty Lanka Travels. Mr Menuka was a great driver and very helpful guide. I can’t imagine the trip without him!! If I could do it again, I would research the hotels a bit more and try to go off the beaten path a bit as we were definitely in the tourist hotspots for the tour we chose but still thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful country.

Amazing Sri Lanka with Indra - I wholeheartedly recommend this type of holiday! A well-arranged plan and the entire travel route, which included the most interesting places and attractions. Each attraction brought us closer to getting to know this beautiful country of Sri Lanka. All thanks to our great guide named Indrajith! Indra is a very positive and cheerful person who knows his job very well. He is very flexible, adapts to the client 100% and, above all, listens and finds things that we have previously asked for. He has a lot of experience and great connections. He will arrange everything and everywhere, such as the best seats on the train from Nuwara Eliya to Ella (Traveling along this iconic route is a great experience!), an excellent jeep driver for Safari or cooking lessons in Ella. Amazing Trip Thanks to Asanka and Beauty Lanka! - Meeting Asanka was the start of an incredible journey. He's more than just a tour guide; he’s a caring and thoughtful person who made our trip so much better. Asanka really knows his stuff, not just about the places but also about how to take care of his guests. When I got sick, Asanka didn’t just stick to the plan. He quickly got me some medicine, which really helped me feel better fast. It was such a kind gesture that made a huge difference in my day. Asanka also had some great suggestions up his sleeve. Niran - the best driver in Sri Lanka! Excellent tour - I had an amazing 7 day trip, which was made all the better because of Niran my driver, who was professional, socialable, knowledgeable and highly friendly. He was also flexible in changing plans and showing me places outside of the schedule, alongside doing some excellent treks on an evening! I would definitely recommend beauty Lanka and Niran in particular.

The only way to see this MUST see Country! - I 100% recommend Beauty Lanka for Sri Lanka tours but our guide, Indika was what made it special and brought the trip to life. I booked with Beauty Lanka directly, they were very easy to deal with and speedy response time to questions. The tour itinerary was exactly what I was looking for and each day was filled with the perfect amount of touring. I was looking for a tour that was closer to the week mark (not 2-3 weeks like a lot of other itineraries) that included both Sigiriya and Yala. This did mean that every night was in a different hotel which can be a little tiresome, but worth it so we could see so much of this beautiful country. Regarding hotels, we upgraded from the basic hotels that are included to the 4 star option. Each hotel was great, all were clean and had comfortable beds, wifi and air conditioning. The hotel in Ella was still under construction so no lift to get up to the 6th floor and all the amenities were in a neighbouring hotel including breakfast and dinner. I was a little sick of stairs by the end of that night! But the staff were so kind and the view out of the balcony across Ella was so lovely. The stand out hotel was the Oak Ray Tea Bush Ramboda. Stunning hotel, incredible view, fantastic shower which also had a view and the staff were so so so lovely. 10/10! Save the best for last, our guide, Indika. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. We always felt safe and looked after. You are so knowledgeable and clearly have a passion for what you do and that is a pleasure to see. We will cherish the memories of the excitement when we saw our first leopard and laughing until we cried at the fish spa with you. I honestly hope we get to meet again. To anyone considering this trip, do it. I’m sure all the guides are great but I hope you get my friend, Indika.

We had a fantastic 8 day tour of Sri Lanka. - We had a fantastic 8-day tour of Sri Lanka. Everything was perfectly arranged. Our tour guide Indra was the best! I can't recommend this experience enough. Although we missed some things during the trip for health reasons, Indra always had a very good alternative for us. Indra always organized everything very well, e.g. German-speaking guide in the Temple of the Tooth, seat tickets for the train ride, etc. He was always very punctual, you could always rely on him. We can only recommend the trip, preferably with Indra. Christine and Edgar

A fantastic tour! - We have had an amazing time in Sri Lanka. The company was very easy to book with and our guide Niran has been wonderful and amazing at making sure we can see everything in the week we have had here. We have felt very safe in all the places we have been and have seen so much of Sri Lanka in just a few days. It is a beautiful country and some of the highlights for me have been seeing the elephants, the early morning walks, trips to tea factories and the train journey to Ella. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anybody that is thinking about it. 😄 Bohoma istouti !

Amazing Sri Lanka - We booked a 6 day 5 night private tour with Beauty Lanka Travels. We are satisfied and enjoyed our trip very much. Our driver and guide Mahesh did everything to make our trip comfortable and he had shown us the best of the country. The highlights in the trip for me was Sigiriya Rock, Dambulla Golden Cave Temple, Temple of tooth, Coconut tree hill and the beach in Mirrissa. Accommodation was nice with all rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner included in the tour was overall nice and delicious. I recommend this tour to anyone who would like to explore Sri Lanka!

“Luxury package” is not “luxury” - The best thing in this private trip around Sri Lanka was the driver-guide, Mr.Niran. Very attentive, kind, helpful, calm, very punctual, the best trip companion i would ever desire. Was a big pleasure to be his client. The tour is good organized, with good turist spots. Mention: so called “luxury hotels” variant is not at luxury hotels,4 or 5 star. In fact you receive mainly 3 star hotels (i had included only one 4 star hotel, the rest of them were 3 star). This was disappointing. But overall was a good, interesting tour in a special wonderful country. Many thanks to Mr. Niran, my travel driver-guide, he is a special human being.

PLEASE READY BEFORE YOU BOOK, as it’s not refundable. - We were very excited and looking forward to our 8 day tour of Sri Lanka, after almost 24 hours travels we were greeted by a smiling Amilla. He had cold water ready to go. Throughout the tour Amilla was great, if he didn’t know the answer to our question he strived to find us the answer. The accommodation provided is very basic, 2stars max and one of the rooms we got was without AC in mid 30s with high humidity. From one of the hotels I suffered a really bad food poising following this, I saw that the last hotel was 1star. I asked the tour company if they could change the hotel as I was still feeling very sick and wanted to be somewhere more comfortable. Unfortunately the owner of Beauty Lanka Tours, told me I was lying about getting food poising which is not true as Amilla had to pull over the car to allow for me to be sick. I couldn’t participate in activities that day as I had been up the whole night vomiting. Amila was great in offering to go to the pharmacy for me. As an owner of a bussiness and especially in tourism, you do not tell someone they are lying about sickness, this is not the response I would’ve expected from an established company with great reviews. Feeling shocked by the response and unprofessionalism I received from Beauty Lanka Tours. I promptly cut my tour short by 2 days and found my own accommodation, feeling very disappointed by Beauty Lanka Tours. I would not recommend Beauty Lanka Tours, Amilla however was great throughout this and not a reflection on him and his tour guide services. Just be careful as some of the free inclusions like the spice garden and tea plantation tour are very brief and feel free, if you want more extensive and descriptive tour than your better to pay. The free SIM card is not provided we had to pay. The prices for the sarfaris are written in dollars however we’re a lot of confusion with payment as many wanted Sri Lankan rupees se we were left in awkward situations many times and having to take out additional cash. The train ticket system is very bad here, we had said we wanted to by higher class tickets however we was told the day before that Beauty Lanka tours were still trying to find us tickets for the train. In the end they got us the tickets, in 3rd class not like the 1st class we wanted so book your tickets a month before you travel if you want certain tickets.
