Authentic Culinary Experience at Namaste Cooking School - My time at Namaste Cooking School was nothing short of amazing. Nestled in a tiny part of Kathmandu Valley, this gastronomic jewel provides a genuine and immersive experience in the heart of Nepali food. I knew I was in for a surprise as soon as I walked into the cooking school's warm atmosphere. The instructor, Chef, exhibited passion and competence as she guided us through the complexities of Nepali cooking with elegance and excitement. Namaste Cooking School distinguishes itself by its hands-on approach. We learnt to grind spices, chop vegetables, and perfect traditional cooking skills under the chef's skilled guidance. Each dish we produced was a delicious combination of flavors, scents, and colors that reflected Nepal's rich culinary heritage. What I liked best about this trip was the emphasis on genuineness. The chef revealed not just her culinary knowledge, but also the cultural meaning of each dish, allowing us to comprehend the complexities of Nepali food. The class size was small, creating a sense of community among participants as we collaborated to produce culinary delights. The atmosphere was casual and favorable to learning, making it ideal for both newbie cooks and seasoned culinary connoisseurs. Overall, my visit to Namaste Cooking School was a highlight of my trip. Whether you're a foodie trying to broaden your culinary horizons or simply looking for a fun and instructive experience, I highly recommend Namaste Cooking School. Prepare to embark on a delectable trip that will entice your taste buds and leave you with a renewed love for Nepali food.

Amazing cooking class in Thamel - Amazing cooking class with a lot of dishes to choose from. Our "teacher" was Reecha and she did an amazing job. We had a perfect balance between tasks for the group and support by the team in the background. Highly recommend!
