  • Namo Buddha (Stupa) - Namo Buddha is a historic place, where Lord Buddha was believed to have offered his flesh to the starving tigress so she could feed her cubs. Visiting Namobuddh Monastery is the best part of visiting Namobuddha. Thick forests of Rhododendron bushes, Mongolia as well as Sal trees cover the hillsides leading to the terraced agricultural fields.

Dhulikhel Namobuddha day tour takes you to the Buddhist pilgrimage sites and different sacred ancient temples around Kathmandu Valley. Namo Buddha is about 40 km away from Kathmandu at an altitude of 2565m between Banepa and Panauti. It is an important Buddhist site in Nepal and is also one of the main stupas around Kathmandu Valley. Dhulikhel is also one of the coolest and famous destinations. It is located at the bottom of a mountain, as a result, you can explore the spectacular views of the high Himalayas like Mt. Langtang Lirung, Mt. Dorje Lakpa along with several shrines, gumbos and monuments. Hiking to Kali Temple is an easy one and ideal for those who strive to walk for at least a few hours.
