New Delhi and Agra - In my recent trip to New Delhi with a close friend of mine, we visited some temples and monuments in Delhi and also Taj Mahal. It was an amazing trip, indeed! We followed a plan made by the Tourism Agency and it was the best thing to do. We had a private motorist, Mr. Rajesh for three days, two in Delhi and one to Agra. He is such a kind and reliable person. We recommend his services to friends and relatives. It was a comfortable and organized way to move around and see the most important things. I am very gratefull to Mr. Rajesh, indeed. Due to him we saw and did what was possible in three days! Country of origin: Portugal/Azores

Super easy way to shop in Delhi - My first day in Delhi and as a female travelling on my own I was unsure how to get around to the shops I wanted to see - those specialising in artisan crafts and ethically made textiles. I provided my list prior to the day and we discussed an itinerary and also other places such as markets. My guide Sunil was very patient and also told me interesting facts about places we passed. Driver Ajay negotiated Delhi traffic to get us to all the stores I wanted to visit, and we had time for an excellent lunch as well. Very satisfied with my shopping day.

A waste of time - Guide refused to take me to any markets. Took me to a revolting bird hospital not on tour and took me to a very expensive shop where he got a commission from. Viator must check the companies they out source to. I had 3 tours in Delhi and not one was successful for the above reason. This ruined India for me. So travellers beware. Make sure before you leave on your tour that your guide will do what YOU want not what will get the guides the most commission
