This is a must do, no question - This is a must see experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking, some of the best I've seen. Our guide, Eddie, was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best time possible.

Best was to see Jungfraujoch! - Wonderful day in the Alps with Adrian. He made the journey from our hotel to the top of Europe and back easy and thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!

Jungfrau tour with the best tour guide. - Adrian was our tour guide and he was fantastic. His is very personable and knowledgeable. He made it one of our best tours in Switzerland. If you want to take this tour, ask for Adrian. You won’t be disappointed.

Magical, the Top of Europe - This was an incredible adventure. We had a first class tour, Ulrich was absolutely wonderful. He arrive at our apartment and met us there. We then took the train, gondola and cog train up the Jungfrau mountain. Stunning views in all directions. I booked the tour online from New Zealand, got email confirmation at the time. Everything went extremely well and smoothly, thank you. Trust the system 😀 We had a very memorable tour lunch at the top, a blizzard from Germany made a great back drop for lunch, and a warming congac. Thank you Ulrich, your are awesome. Mary Lowe - My family of 9 had a full day tour . It was wonderful, Tony was very informative and patient with us all. He was the perfect tour guide. The weather turned out perfect , so that was a blessing. The views were absolutely amazing. It was definitely on my bucket list . I’m so glad we did this!

David was a great young man and... - David was a great young man and eager to please. We took the train to Wengen and had to time to stroll through the village and enjoy both it's quaintness as well as the spectacular scenery. Heading up through the Eiger to Jungfraujoch was exciting as were the ice caves in the glacier. We even hiked on the glacier in an early September snow storm. Great fun!

Toni was a treasure trove of... - Toni was a treasure trove of experience for our tour to Jungfraujoch. He gave us a quick overview of Switzerland he actually typed a document for us to take home and would explain the various sights along our journey up and down to Jungfraujoch up to the minute details of real and artificial snow. He had prepared almost everything for the trip, so all we had to do was follow him and take pictures of the beautiful sights he'd even tell us which side of the train to sit for the best photo opportunities. If you don't mind chatting, Toni's fun to chat with as well during the train rides to Jungfraujoch. There was always something to learn from his experiences and we totally enjoyed our tour with him as our guide! Thank you very much Toni! :D

Our guide, Debra was great. She was... - Our guide, Debra was great. She was on time meeting us at our hotel. We walked to the Interlaken train station. She told us where to sit in each train to simplify transfers 3 trains needed to reach Jungfraujoch. She answered all our questions. She helped other tourists at Jungfraujoch. We were prepared for the 37 degrees at the top of the mountain, but Debra carried things one step further by bringing gloves for us to wear in the ice tunnels.
