Five star service from Samtour - During our stay in Hue, our family arranged three tours with Samtour. The first was the Imperial City tour, the second to the DMZ and the third to Hoi An. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were super-friendly, very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed all of our excursions.
If you are in Hue I would recommend you book any tours through them.

The tour is very good value for money, the tour guide is knowledgeable - After booking the tour, the operator contacted me quickly and professionally. At the same time, Duy left a deep impression with his professionalism as a tour guide. And I think using the extra boat during the tour is very interesting, it moves at a moderate speed so i have enough time to feel the scenery. I really recommend this tour

Just like we wanted - Our tour guide was LyLy and she was perfect. Very knowledgeable about Hue and history. Very considerate – she always found a shaded spot for us to stand, we were provided with cold water and the tour pace was adjusted to our capabilities.
We wanted to do some changes to the order of attractions. It wasn't a problem at all, LyLy made everything just like we wanted.
Highly recommended if you want to known about attractions in Hue.

Tailor-made and problem-free visit - We visited the Thien Mu pagoda then the Minh Mang and Khai Dinh temples with Loi for one day. Everything was very well organized (boat, car). Loi provided us with explanations about the places visited and demonstrated great friendliness and impeccable professionalism. He was always very punctual and also did everything to satisfy our requests (for example finding a store to buy coffee in a few minutes!). I recommend Loi without any reservation!

Excellent and easy sightseeing in Hue - Loi was a fabulous guide with great English and a sunny personality. He really listened to what we asked for and delivered exactly what we wanted. His car is comfortable, he told us many stories about the emperors a d the pagoda as well as introducing us to new foods we had never tried. This tour was excellent value for money and Tony arranged it for us in the same day. A very flexible and helpful company.

Ben is a fantastic driver and guide. - The Hue tour we did today with Ben was great! He is from Hue, so he knew all the places very well. This tour with him was actually the second one in two days we booked with the company and we had the pleasure of Ben's assistance! He is very knowledgeable, and also flexible, ready to change the itinerary based on our interest. At the end of the tour he also dropped us off at the airport. Ben has a great personality and made us feel very good in both tours! Highly recommended!!

Awesome - We actually did it by car and not boat but was fantastic. The driver was very nice and careful and we spent as much time as we wanted in each tomb, never felt we had to rush. I suggest booking as there are no taxi when you reach the tombs, so better having an organised one. The driver was super punctual.
