The best car/driver in Hue. Your safety is his number one priority. - Contacted Hai via whatsapp 2 days prior and he was able to accommodate me requests last minute.
When I was with him, the guy is VERY gentle and kind. Explained to me the history of the site before and after drop off.
Plus his rates are reasonable. Definitely cheaper than others I have found. He also doesn't watch the clock and will make you stay at the sites as long as you want without giving you the feeling to hurry up.
But the best part is the Hai is also a very safe driver. He drives with your safety in mind. Not once did he ever speed up and make you feel like your soul departed.

Our best day in Vietnam so far with mr hai!!! - me and my partner had such a lovely day today with mr hai. we were picked up on time and we got to choose the places we would like to visit which was fun! Hai also recommended places for us to visit and they were absolutely beautiful. We had so much time at each place, we went to the abandoned water park, vong canh hill, wood bridge, lap an lagoon ( would recommend) we were super comfy in the car and hai was such a lovely tour guide, he told us history and showed us so many places. we wouldn’t of wanted to do it with anyone else! Thank you so much for making our trip in Vietnam so special 🇻🇳

Great day with Mr Hai. - You We just had a great day with Mr Hai! He picked us up in Hoi An, and took us all round Hue to the various sights, tombs, temples, pagoda's and the citiadel. And he dropped us at Hue Railway station to get our train north to Hanoi. His English is great and he's very knowledgeable. An excellent careful driver. I absolutely recommend Mr Hai.

Great tour of the citadel and tombs - Hai was awesome and his car was very nice and perfect for me and my friend.
Hai was very informative and told us a lot about the history of Hue and the citadel and tombs along the drive. Hai stopped off where ever we wanted for drinks along the way and even gave a recommendation for some lovely and cheap Vietnamese good. Highly recommend to use Hai instead of crowded buses. We spent a good 5 hours between the citadel and 3 tombs. We also got to try making some incense sticks with the locals which was pretty fun.

Excellent Driver, Great Tour!! - Hai took us to see the pagoda and 3 of the imperial tombs on a half day tour. He is an excellent driver with very good English. Along the way we also stopped at the incense making village which was delightful. A comfortable modern car with great aircon was a bonus as it was very hot and humid. Each of the sights is very different from the others and are beautiful and interesting.

Ken the best - Ken has been an extraordinary guide. He was very punctual at the hotel to pick us up and told us the route we would take.
He has also explained to us the history of each of the sites visited, with very fluent English.
We had a great day with him, and he let us play Spanish music in the car, having a great time together.
We would be happy to repeat!!!!!!:)

Excellent - Fascinating morning accompanied by our driver Ken!! We visited the most important places in the city while Ken explained to us part of the history that surrounded the enclaves. Quite fluent English. He advised us about the points he visited. We enjoyed the ride and he even let us play our own music!!
100% recommended. We will tell our friends in Spain.

Exceptional driver - Excellent driver. He prepared a midday tour for us that allowed us to see the most important places in Hue in a few hours. The trip is very comfortable and Hai Ho makes it very enjoyable. I recommend it 100%.

Perfect day - We, a family with Mum, Dad and three kids booked the tour and visited three tombs and the pagoda. The tour was really great and we enjoyed all the information that we received driving from one place to the other. The tour took 5 hours but the time flew.
The guide was really nice and shared a lot of information. He drove very carefully and we felt very safe. Nice, spacious and clean car.
If you are in Hue, this is a must do.
