You will stop at the bustling capital of Houmt souk, the pottery village of Guellala, the synagogue La Ghriba, and finally Djerba Explore: the largest crocodile farm in the Mediterranean. It all starts with a photo stop on an ancient Roman road: a low, rocky bridge dating back to the 1st century AD. You continue to Guellala and enjoy free time to explore this famous pottery center. Take the opportunity to buy terracotta pots and bowls in the souk.
Next up is Ghriba, the oldest synagogue in Tunisia. After admiring hundreds of decorative tiles and blue arcades, you will reach Houmt-Souk. You can stroll through the labyrinthine streets and soak up the atmosphere. After lunch, we will stop at Djerba Explore Park, the largest crocodile farm in the Mediterranean that is home to more than 400 Nile crocodiles.
