He brought us to all the highlights of the island and explain them in detail. We enjoyed the lunch and Ramiro made sure that we had some vegetarian options available. Rainy day in Faial - Despite the inclement weather and rain/fog, the trip around the island of Faial was amazing. Ramiro the guide was very informative and answered all of our questions. The choice of restaurants was great. We may have not actually seen the caldera, Ramiro made the trip memorable.

Excellent and exciting day tour in paradise - We booked the tour at the last minute and never got disappointed. Our tour guide, Ramiiro, was knowledgeable, fun, and positive. He showed us the island, told the stories and fun facts, etc. Also, he helped us find and book a tour to Sao Jorge (our original booking was canceled due to ferry strike), brought us to the ferry terminal to buy tickets, was on the phone to answer any questions, etc. He made our day in paradise very memorable!
