Trn Nhn Tng - Your cooking class will start at the Hoi An food market where you will learn about some Vietnamese words that can be used to bargain with local people about what you will buy at the market.

Discover and exchange culinary culture between you and the local people through the selection of fresh, clean foods to prepare for your upcoming cooking class.

Next, we will take a short walk to the parking lot to move to Cam Thanh Fishing Village. Here, we will take a short boat ride along the banks of the Thu Bon River (45 minutes) to enjoy and admire the unique ecological coconut forest in the village before your cooking class starts.

Our Chef, a professional chef with many years of experience, will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally.

Each of you will be cooking your own food and sharing the culinary experience of each person with us.

Cook, exchange and enjoy your culinary creations with a meal featuring local favorites.

Time for your experience and the ingredients of the dishes will be changed according to your wishes as you let us know in advance.

Uncover culinary mysteries that will impress your friends when you return home. We offer a range of dishes you can select from and demonstrate how to prepare the accompanying sauces. We start with a visit to the local markets where we introduce you to assorted street foods, vegetables, herbs, spices, meats, and seafood. We’ll purchase the fresh ingredients needed for your cooking lesson while educating you about them. Once we get back to our restaurant, you will cook your chosen dishes under the skilled guidance of our seasoned chef. This will be followed by a scrumptious meal where you’ll get to enjoy the food we’ve prepared together. We assure that this will be entertaining and a memory you’ll cherish.

Awesome Experience - The experience with Vinh was amazing! Vinh is a really friendly and cool guy. He went all his way to make the experience as personal and engaging as possible. The cooking class with his brother was also excellent as I could do it 1 on 1. Would definitely recommend this experience to anybody who wants a more local, charming and private experience!

Lovely day - Was a great tour, our guide Vinh was lovely, funny and friendly. The boat experience was relaxing and and the food we cooked was absolutely delicious. The chef was very experienced and was a great teacher! Would definitely recommend this trip for anyone wanting to do cooking and the boats!

A must do while in Hoi an - This tour was amazing! Beautiful location and well organised. Pick up and drop off was well organised. We went to the markets and shopped for local produce followed by the boat tour through the coconut forest which was fun! My highlight was the cooking class. We made 4 different meals, the chef was incredible and meals were delicious. So much food and so tasty- wish I could take these recipes home. Our tour guide- Vinh, was amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. He was so friendly, passionate about his work and fun to work with. Definite must do, you literally cook your food along side the river- just stunning!

Great experience - With 3 friends we booked the cooking class and eco tour, it was a really nice experience. Good picking up service from your hotel. The guide was really friendly and fun! Everything was really well organised, it’s a family business. The cooking class was so nice, the food was really delicious! I would recommend this tour & cooking class.
