Lovely boat cruise in the stunning and mysterious Loch Ness - Lovely boat cruise and well organised, with interesting narration about the history and legends of Loch Ness. The boat had a nice enclosed space for a rainy, windy day or just for those who chose to stay in, as well as a nice open space upstairs for those who wanted to be out and get the fresh air of loch Ness. Loch Ness is stunning and worth exploring in a boat, as opposed to just driving along the coast - which was also a lovely experience. The boat stopped at Urquhart castle, which was such a breathtaking view and well worth a visit. We were very lucky weatherwise and caught the boat on a lovely sunny day in April. I think the tour would be worth having any time of the year, but spring or summer would be best. Totally recommend it. Word of caution though, parking can be tricky. We took the boat from Klansman harbour and we got lucky, as we found the very last parking space. It's recommended that you arrive at least 45 minutes early, which I think is worth doing to avoid unnecessary hassle.

Excellent - We booked the one hour tour from the Clansman harbour for our family of four. We parked with ease at the Clansman hotel and walked through the underpass to access the harbour. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff and checked in for our 10am sailing. Boarding was smooth and there was plenty of space on the boat for all, with toilets and refreshments being sold at the small bar. The views from the Loch to Urquhart Castle were exceptional, with plenty of opportunity to take photos whilst those who’d opted for the boat trip and castle got off the boat. We all had a brilliant time, and it was just long enough for my restless 6 year old! Would recommend to families looking for a good value boat trip.

Excellent trip of the Loch - Absolutely fantastic, our 7 year old son was gripped from start to finish! The commentary was really interesting and informative. The weather wasn’t the best on the day we went but it really didn’t matter. Don’t let the weather stop you booking.

Enjoyable Cruise - It was a chilly rainy day but My sister and I really enjoyed the one hour cruise, Staff were professional, the inside section was comfortable and cozy. We dropped off people at the Urquhart Castle and really wished we had booked for the extra part of the cruise. But we will be back. 😊

Great way to see Loch and its surrounds - The cruise is a great way to see Loch Ness. The staff are friendly and very professional. The onboard commentary is very informative when you can hear it…the cruise was very noisy and with many children onboard - which is great - not too many were taking in the history and details of the Loch. Perhaps some areas with in built headphone ports like you find on hop-on-hop-off buses might be a solution.

Monster Hunt - A calm cruise along the Lake, you end up going to Urquhart Castle and back. The price could be lower as it is a simple ferry ride.
