We rode the Segway today... - We rode the Segway today with our guide, Edis. He did an excellent job making us feel comfortable before we started and showing us around the city. We highly recommend this tour!

Segway Tour - Excellent tour of Helsinki! Guide was fantastic. Hit the major sites and he highlighted some additional locations to go after the tour was complete. Well worth the cost when having a short timeframe or need an introduction to the city.

Fun way to see Helsinki - What a great way to see the highlights of Helsinki! Edis was a great guide, and since we had been on Segways before, we were able to cover more ground. Segways are relatively easy to learn and a lot of fun. So very little effort to go everywhere in Helsinki, and Edis took us places that would take forever to get to by walking or even public transit. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great tour for Segway enthusiasts and rookies! - Edis was a great guide. He happily took photos for everyone in the group, was flexible with how much time we spent at each stop, and accommodated the different skill levels of the riders. It was a great tour to see the highlights and learn where we wanted to spend more time in the future.

Great fun - We did this tour in July and really enjoyed it. It was our first time on a Segway but thanks to our guide's patience we managed to ride it without any problems. It is a very nice way to go around a city et discovering its landmarks. We found Finland Local Guides very professional

Fun day! - The group was small - just eight of us total so getting through the traffic was not bad at all. This was the first time on a Segway for our 13 year old but he did very well and was quite comfortable. Saw lots of the town and port and received some insight from the guide. Could have used a couple more stops but we all enjoyed the day and would recommend it.

Segway Helsinki - Emil was a fun, interesting guide. An excellent tour & well worth the cost, which covered a lot of the main sights of Helsinki. Highly recommended.

Bumped at the last minute - Unfortunately, our Segway tour was cancelled at the last minute due to another booking that came in later from a different group, which was much larger than the 2 of us. With only a few hours in Helsinki, my wife and I were excited to see the city and booked this trip months in advance. The larger group ended up bumping us, and we had no chance to book something else. The tour guide Edis was sorry and the tour provided a full refund, but it meant we didn't have a chance for something else. Edis used his time to give a little walking and scooter tour, but we would have preferred the full experience. This was NO fault of Edis. It was the fault of the company itself, for not living up to their word of re-confirming the booking no less than 4 times, and then bumping us at the last possible moment. Travels just need to be aware, that should you book, there is a chance you'll get bumped if a larger group books later.

Not reliable - They cancel my inscription a couple of hours before and I could'nt schedule somerhing else because of the short notice as every other activities were full. Not reliable and moreover i'm still waiting for a refund of 105€ !!!!
