You’ve seen windsurfers glide effortlessly over water, combining the thrills of surfing and the power of sailing. Perhaps you’ve been one of them and conquered mast-turns, or failed miserably. Either way, this windsurfing school has something for everyone, beginning with perfect conditions and incredibly talented instructors. Beginners will learn the rigging process and board alignment and then slowly work their way to the water. Intermediate classes cover shortboard basics, how to turn like a pro in a jibing class, or how to jump at “flight school.” Advanced “sailors” can see how fast they can go in a speed sailing class, or try inverted aerials in a looping lesson.

Action sports runs a highly professional school and have a system of teaching that is top notch. They have excellent and fun teachers like Rick Dobrowski, who taught both my partner and I. Rick was very thorough and managed to get us both going without too much hassle. He made us laugh too!! We are going back to have him teach us to JUMP next!!! The service from Dave and Susie who own Action sports was awesome.
