Amazing memories with knowledgeable and professional tour guide and driver!! - What an amazing day with Travis, our tour guide. The itinerary was well planned out and extremely interesting! Travis was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and kind. His English was impeccable. The highlight was our coffee on Train Street, what an incredibly exhilarating experience. Also, enjoyed learning about the various occupations and visiting the B-52 Victory Museum. Our driver was skilled and successfully navigated the streets without difficulty. Thanks again for amazing memories!! Overall, an amazing day and we highly recommend it.

Fun and enjoyable Hanoi tour - Fun trip in Hanoi, We went on Private Hanoi City Tour on Feb 20th 2023 , we had so much fun and learn a lot about Vietnam . Travis our Tour guide is great , he is knowledgeable, fun and taking good care of us , we are happy taking this tour .

Fantastic experience - Highly Recommend! - Absolutely fabulous tour! Mike spoke excellent English and had so much knowledge about the history of every site we visited. Egg coffee (amazing) as we watched the train whiz past our knees (thrilling) was a real highlight. Lunch was delicious and felt authentic - not overly touristy. My husband was not feeling well that day and needed to return to the hotel quiye early. Mike and our driver were very caring and attentive. Checking in and helping me bring him some food mid-tour while still making sure I got to see all the sites. I'm really sorry my husband had to miss this wonderful tour. A truly memorable day - Highly Recommend!

Great Tour - Our tour guide, Ty & driver, Mr. Quinn did a great job of showing us the highlights of Hanoi. We hit all the spots as advertised along with receiving lots of information about the city. They made sure we were comfortable, safe and well looked after. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Great Tour! - My family and I booked our tour very last minute (20:00 the night before), and so, we were very glad that we could have such an amazing experience in Hanoi on such short notice. We had an amazing tour with our guide Ryan who was very knowledgeable about the History and tailored the tour to our liking (we took the private tour so that was possible). the Transport that was provided was also very nice and clean, and the restaurant that he took us to for lunch served really good food! Overall, my family and I had an amazing time and we would recommend this tour to all our friends!

Excellent City Tour!!!! - Our guide, Maya, was Outstanding!!!! She went above and beyond the tour and took us to places not on our itinerary and still has the s un schedule. We ended up eating lunch and drinking local coffee at the best spots!!! Would recommend Maya any time!!!!

Very interesting day - great value - I booked this online at short notice. Included hotel pickup. We didn't go to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum because of the long wait with the busy period for school children - went to the ethnology museum instead which was excellent. Lunch was great - dietary requirements catered for. Guide was very interesting. Enjoyed the puppet show at the end of the tour.

Amazing Hanoi city tour - We took a one day Hanoi city tour by 'Crossing Vietnam' and had a very good experience. The tour guide assigned to us, Anna, was very knowledgeable, and friendly. She had a lot of interesting details to share about the places we visited: Temple of Literature, One pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc pagoda, green car ride through the old quarters etc. We had taken a private car, and were travelling with two kids (12 and 8 years). Anna also took us to a very nice coffee place which we couldn't have found ourselves. It was a small place tucked away at the top of an old building. Had authentic and yummy egg coffee and egg hot chocolate for kids. The tour ended with water puppet show which was a very unique experience, for us as well as the kids. I would recommend Crossing Vietnam to anyone considering a guided tour in Hanoi. We had a memorable experience.
