Had a blast rafting - We did the rafting , 4 of us , 9 year son and 11 year old daughter, plus guide Tully , was awesome fun, Tully the guide was a crackup , jokes all the way , rafting not to extreme , cool views and fresh water , would do again

Fantastic raft and jet boat experience - Awesome rafting trip with a spectacular jet boat finale. Tully was a great and entertaining kaiārahi/guide. River was high, but rapids not too intimidating, excellent for beginners and families.

Rafting the Waiau River - We had heeeeaps of fun white water rafting the Waiau river. Enjoyed the experience of a relaxing boat trip interspersed with the adrenaline rush of going through the rapids and getting a refreshing spray (it was a hot day). A small amount of jeopardy when we were enjoying swimming behind the raft and then we had to move towards the bank in time for a jet boat to dash past (we had plenty of time and weren't in any danger but it's something to be aware of). We had a long rafting trip then given a jet boat trip back. And even got to see someone bungy jump off the bridge. A memorable day, suitable for all the family (as long as the kids don't mind getting wet!)

Must do - This is a must do for all ages quad bikes were awesome great long track excellent guide best part of our holiday by far Kids reckon the jet boat was the best one they’ve ever been on

Awesome experience in Hanmer - A great experience both quad biking and rafting. Set in stunning scenery. 4 of us went and we all had a blast. Off roading on the quads was a little scary to start but we soon got the hang if it. The rafting was a breeze with opportunities to jump off rocks and swim or drift along in the river. All great fun.

Rafting - A Blast - I do it again! - Was nervous about doing the rafting but was soon put at ease by the instructor and others who had done it before. Had a blast of a time. An experience I will never forget. I even jumped into the river (which I wasn't going to do). The jet boat ride back to base was the icing on the cake.

Amazing quad and jet boat experience - The staff here were plentiful and very helpful. Safety standards were very high, making us feel very safe, even when doing high adrenaline activities. We did the jet boat first, which was absolutely incredible. Speeding along at 90km/hr is a surreal experience. The next day we did the quad biking. After getting fitted with helmets and full body boiler suits. We looked like minions! After a few training laps, we were out onto the trails! The quads were powerful and had less than 5000 kilometres on the clock. After about a kilometre, I noticed a loud clonking noise. A massive spring stuck out of my tyre! (Picked up from the road) I came to a stop and inspected the damage (and took a photo) I kinda expected the trip to be over, but a replacement quad came in at breakneck speed! We were back on the trail amazingly fast and had an amazing time. The drinks at the centre base were lovely and cold. Food was as expected for the price 10/10 would return!

Fun for all the family - Whole experience worth the expense. All equipment provided beyond what is mentioned in the description. Both activities a lot of fun. Quads great, only realised at the last minute that the 15 year old couldn’t ride solo, so used a buggy instead. Guides were great and adjusted the experience to who was in the boat. Jet boat ride home was an added bonus that we all enjoyed!

River rafting and jet boat return ride - We did the river rafting and jet boat return. We had a great time with good service and a lovely team! The river was flowing beautifully with grade 2 rapids, and some 360 turns on the return jet boat ride. Would recommend this!

Rafting the Waiau - Today our family went rafting. The experience was amazing and a must do, on your adventure journey. Tom was our guide and he was the best. We experienced beautiful scenery, completed rock jumping into the Waiau River, coupled with a swim down stream. We were then picked up and transported upstream in the jetboat. Overall as a family this was so much fun. Our guide Tom, made sure we were safe and well looked after on this adventure. We left tired and happy, and grateful for this awesome experience! Can't wait for our next visit.
