Great Himalayan National Park - Tirath, the origin of the Tirthan river is a pilgrimage site for the local community. This trek which is rather difficult to moderate one takes you to the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage Site of The Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP). It’s extremely rich in flora and fauna and is a perfect place for nature lovers, photographers, bird watchers, adventurists, mountaineers and You can spectate the mighty Himalayan mountains in their fullest during the trek.
Saketi Top is one of the highest peaks inside the GHNP, the view from this top at 4280m ASL is breathtaking.

Additional Information
Tirath, nestled within the grandeur of the Himalayas, remains an unspoiled sanctuary. The perfect trail for those passionate about nature, photography, birdwatching, adventure, and environmental protection. The 75km round-trip trek brings new wonders with each stride, as you follow the Tirthan river, leading to its source at Tirath Hans Kund.

Day 1: Tinder Village(1,700m)-Rolla(2,100m)
Day 2: Rolla(2,100m)-Chalocha(2,400m)
Day 3: Chalocha(2,400m)-Balu(2,800m)
Day 4: Balu(2,800m)-Majhoni(3,300m)
Day 5: Majhoni (3,300m)-Tirath(4,000m)
Day 6: Rest/Day walk to Saketi Top(4,280m) & Back to Tirath
Day 7: Tirath(4,000m)-Majhoni (3,300m)
Day 8: Majhoni-Chalocha
Day 9: Chalocha-Tinder Village
Possible wildlife sightings- Snow leopard, Serow, Himalayan Tahr, Musk Deer, Ghoral, Common Leopard, Black Bear, Western Tragopan, Koklas & Monal.

A Must-Do Trek: Unforgettable Adventures with Trek with Tek at Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP) - Trekking with Tek in the Great Himalayan National Park was a blast! The views were mind-blowing, and Tek, our guide, was the real MVP. He knew his stuff, keeping us safe while dropping some cool facts about the wildlife. The trek itself was like a rollercoaster of challenges and jaw-dropping moments. If you're into nature and want an epic adventure, Trek with Tek at GHNP is the way to go. Highly recommend for a kick-ass time in the mountains!🏔️

Awesome experience, nature at its best 💝 - We had an awesome experience. The team is very helpful, the trek was well planned, the food was awesome and a special mention of Eknath for all the effort he took and the help he rendered to make this a very memorable experience for us.
I would highly recommend this for even first time trekkers as rhe team really takes good care of you and makes this a truly special experience for us

Awesomeness to the core - Awesome experience. Great service provided by Eknath and Tek. Very very warm and friendly and always a reach out to. Great great food prepared by Tek and his wife. Every penny worth. Super quality tents and arrangements. Telescope is also provided to watch out the accessorised skies. Cute kits are given too.

Trek with tek & eknath singh - It was a great experience treking with Tek Singh & eknath. We had the support of his entire team. The location we trekked was very beautiful and the camp set up by Tek & eknath Singh's team for the night stay was very clean and the food prepared by his team was very tasty. I would like all of you to do the treck with Tek & eknath Singh.

Don’t think twice, just book with Tek!!! - Tek ji is an incredible guide - thoughtful, considerate, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were treated to incredible views, a leopard cub (!!!) and flying squirrel sighting, lots of knowledge about plants and animals, delicious food and the warmest hospitality you could ever imagine. Our 4 day trek to Marahani Top was truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to return to the beautiful Great Himalayan National Park and do the Tirath trek next!
Wish I had more photos but my phone died and I was too happy enjoying my uninterrupted time in the wilderness. Have attached whatever I have from Day 1 :)

Best trekking experience with Neel bhaiya. (Rakhundi top, Shilt hut) - I planned to trek tirthan Valley with my two friends, Eknath ji plan a trek for us, and we started our trek to rakhundi top with Neel bhaiya (our trek coordinator), he is a good guy and help us in every difficulties, he provide us good and hygienic food even in remotest locations, his crew is awesome and very friendly in nature, This trek has most beautiful views of snow capped Himalayas, and 'Trek with tek' makes it best experiences of my life. Thankyou Eknath ji, Neel Bhaiya.. For this great experience ❤️😊💐🙏

Trekking - Tirthan Valley, GHNP- My Trek with Tek
Its impossible to exaggerate how special GHNP is. Several Species of birds hymn through the trees. The deer sometimes visit the river for a drink, and the monkeys serenade each other. It's once-in-a-lifetime learning experience, all in the lap of Himalayas with Tek Singh's great hospitality.
