Nice boat. good crew,... - Nice boat. good crew, perfect amount of time on the water. Well organised Only two small issues: Would have liked to have seen the dolphins from a closer range 'Snacks@ on board was simple a slice or two of custard cake. No cheese, no cold meats, no crisps nuts etc.

Worthwhile - Very comfortable. No whales or dolphins but we did have a good view of the coastline with commentary. Don't expect much from the snacks.

A Wonderful Boat Ride - The boat ride was so beautiful with wonderful views. It was also really nice to be on a less crowded boat especially compared to others which seemed to have hoards of people on them. This boat has about 20 people max. We saw a few dolphins at the start but when other boats came close we left. This I completely understand as to not scare the dolphins. However, the rest of the trip felt more like a boat trip with a set course rather than a trip to spot sea life. The other reviews are true, they do offer one drink and a small piece of sweet bread. The trip was really beautiful with dramatic coastlines and calm waves. Book this if you want a less crowded boat trip along the Madeiran coast!

Tour was OK. Been on better tours where you get information about the island or wildlife. This didn't happen here. - The trip was lovely. The staff were very pleasant on board but the rep by the dock was very dismissive.

To avoid - Indeed, few people compared to other boats offering the same service but... the catamaran moves much slower than the other boats of the competing companies so we were never able to see the dolphins which were far in front, while the two other boats of the other companies were able to admire them for several long minutes…. The crew certainly offers a drink (a glass of wine or can of coke, beer) but the treat is only a tiny bowl of chips in which everyone dips their hands... none but no explanation from the crew concerning the landscapes (magnificent) seen, the sea and its exploitation or even the boat itself...: they are on their phone and wake up only to shout that the swim should only last 5 minutes maximum...(the time for a dive max ..) and they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the end… really a tourist trap!!

Let down - Let down. Booked the day before, arrived at the stand at the stated time to be told that there was no boat available and they had no idea of the booking. Thankfully we jumped on a different operators boat next door last minute. The refund request is also taking too long to say that they were told on the day and were well aware it was their fault.
