Magic Dolphin - We depart from the marina in Funchal and head offshore to encounter whales, dolphins, sea turtles and oceanic birds.
Our spotters on land use powerful binoculars to find the animals and send the boat directly to them!
Once we have explored offshore we typically cruise by Cabo Girão, the 2nd tallest sea cliff in the world. We then motor along the coast while the staff explain different points of interest like; Camara de Lobos Bay – a traditional fishing village; the world famous Reid’s Hotel where Winston Churchill used to stay during his visits to Madeira Island and much more!
You will be able to relax comfortably enjoy the beautiful views of the south coast of Madeira Island from our flagship vessel.

The hybrid-electric engines help reduce noise and emissions, making it a fantastic experience for our guests and our cherished sea mammals!
The boat includes double decker viewing areas, four trampoline nets at the front, two restrooms and two bars where beverages and snacks can be purchased.
Our certified crew is ready to provide everyone with an unparalleled experience. They are eager to share their expertise about the wildlife we’ll encounter, Madeira’s history and popular local spots.

Please arrive at the Funchal marina 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. All guests must check in with our friendly staff at our kiosk for a boarding pass. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves on time. If you miss the boat, you will be not be issued a refund.

ONE OF THE BEST TRIPS EVER - the views of maderia was so amzing and its best to go at the froint of the boAT francisco AND THE TEAM WAS SO LOVEY TO TALK / I LOVED THE ANNAMLS I SAW WHEN OUT ON THE BOAT THE ANNAMLS I SAW WERE BOTTELNOSE DOLPINS SPEARM WHALES AND HUMPBACKS AND OF COURSE A BLUE WHALE

Beautiful morning with pilot whales - Had a nice and sunny morning. We were on the water for 3.5 hours. Immediately sailed to a place where piloy dolphins were present. Spotted a group of 10. Less luck afterwards, but we received a lot of information about the region and marine life.

Dolphin spotting - We booked this trip through our hotel. We went in the smaller catamaran so only about 20 people which made for a more personal experience. The trip lasted about 3 hours. The staff were great, friendly and very knowledgeable- explaining everything and telling us all about the animals we saw. We were visited by dolphins, saw a whale from a distance and also saw a sea turtle which was amazing. They sailed along the coastline which gave us the opportunity to see things you wouldn’t normally see. There was a swimming opportunity but we hadn’t brought our swimmers and it wasn’t the best day but would love to swim in the summer. Highly recommend these trips.

Amazing whales watching - I'm very impressed with this experience :). Starting from the very beginning the crew was very well organized and professional. Shared interesting details about the pilot whales, we saw. I wasn't aware that the female leads a pod and that a pod can attack e.g. a shark. We saw few pilot whales including a baby whale. They were close to the catamaran for few minutes. We saw as well the stunning cliff Cabo Girão and the famous Câmara de Lobos village . The catamaran itself was brand new and very clean. I couldn't have imagine a better experience :)

Great - Incredible tour, with fantastic crew. Professionalism, good disposition and friendliness.
Even with so many foreign tourists on board, they made sure we felt like an integral part of the visit. We were lucky to be able to see the dolphins very close to our boat, thanks to Leonardo who saw them as well as to captain Francisco who made a perfect approach to the point where the dolphins felt confident and stayed close to our boat for some time.

Beautiful! - Fantastic experience! Outing of about three hours on the very comfortable catamaran, absolutely not crowded, sightings of various species. Everything is made even better by the highly trained, extremely helpful, but above all sunny, cheerful and very nice crew!

Great afternoon whale and dolphin spotting - What a fantastic afternoon out! The crew were great, knowledgeable and friendly. We were lucky enough to see Pilot Whales, Bottlenose Dolphins and rarely seen in the area Striped Dolphins. The Captain followed all the rules to ensure the animals safety and there was commentary throughout the trip. Thoroughly recommend!!

Brilliant trip out into the bay. - Booked the Eco Catamaran and went out on a lovely sunny morning. Crew were great and very professional. A great ethos to preserve the environment around the animals in order not to stress them. Despite it being 'out of season' we still saw pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins. A really good trip. On the return the crew told us about the animals we had seen, very infomative with a great ethical message.

AWFUL. COLD, DIZZY, LITTLE TO SEE. - Horrible experience. The worst money spent in our lives. We got very dizzy and it was very cold and windy. 3 hours wasted of our trip that was being wonderful. We had to take dizziness pills from a woman who offered us which made us sleep all afternoon afterwards. Expensive for what it is, which is nothing. We ended up seeing 3 dolphins for 5 minutes.
