Excellent! - Anastasiya was a fantastic guide! She was very knowledgeable, engaging, and patient. She was also very understanding of our preferences for the tour and let us fully soak in the experience, especially in Fatima. She brought us to Mosteiro for a fantastic lunch too. Even though we were going over the hours, we still finished all the tour stops. We were a little down because our previous day was a fail because of the rain, but Anastasiya truly turned it around for us. Thank you for a truly memorable day! The best tour guide we've ever had.

A perfect tour for us! - Having been to Fatima some thirty years ago, we wanted to go back and see some other sites along the way , so my husband and I took a tour of Fátima, the Monastery of Batalha, Nazaré and Óbidos , and our day with Anastasya was delightful. It started with an on time pick up at the hotel and all throughout the day we went at our own pace. Anastasya never rushed us from site to site . She was engaging , very knowledgeable of the places we visited. We learnt a lot not only about the history of the sites but also the culture as well, in between our animated conversations. She is a very safe driver too. Anastasya kept it very interesting all throughout the day and we never had a dull moment. We also enjoyed our lunch. I am glad that she brought us to a nice place that served us one of the best cochinillo and monk fish arroz . I would highly recommend Kitzel Tours owned by Anastaysa and her husband Joao. We would not hesitate to join her other tours the next time we visit Portugal. Again, many thanks and all the best!

Memorable - We had the most fun with João, he’s very knowledgeable about Lisbon’s history and many things & he knows the local restaurants esp. the sumptuous leitao(lechon for us Filipinos). He keeps our trip fun and enjoyable. We highly recommend João

Recommended - Very good service and an interesting day with some flexibility and a good commentary. Nazaré was the highlight. Obidos was surprisingly fun.

Feb 2024 trip - For sure our tour guide, Anastasia, made this tour most enjoyable. She’s so natural and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. Though we liked seeing Fatima, Batalha was the highlight of the day.
