We recommend!!! - Super great and warm tour/workshop with Alessandro. We were lucky that we were the only ones there, so it was an exclusive tour just for us. Alessandro built the museum himself with a lot of love and passion. It was great from start to finish and it was a lot of fun with him. Thank you Alessandro for the great experience and the great aperitif and white wine.

Amazing, personal experience. Charismatic, gentle tour guide. WORTH IT! :) - Oh where to start! Dearest Alessandro, such a charismatic, intelligent and gentle guide. He made our experience ever so heart warming. His charisma shines through the entire sharing and his sharing is well knowledgeable and extremely interesting. The tour he provided us with was ever so personal. The tour started off with a good background of soap and soap making, then we proceeded onto creating our own small soap bar to keep, then we moved onto the museum where Alessandro goes into more detail about soap/ olive oil making. Then to our surprise, we where taken upstairs on the roof where we could see a whole landscape of Alessandro's majestic lands. We could see the sunset, and Alessandro kindly prepared a taste of his own olives, olive oil and a chilled bottle of white wine. Alessandro - we are truly grateful for the amazing experience! Keep well :)

The whole experience was delightful - The whole experience was delightful, from the very first moment we met Alessandro he showcased not only an incredible and welcoming sunny disposition but a profound passion and knowledge of the subject, he very much inspired us in the matter of soap and olives but even more on the sustainable agriculture and on the folklore of our land. The aperitivo on the roof was the perfect ending of the interesting and magical day

Highly recommended.!!!! It was the highlight of our trip in Sciacca. - We had a great experience with Alessandro who’s the owner of the property. He takes great pride at what he does and it shows. We learned a lot about the olives and the oil. We made soap to take as a souvenir. Highly recommend this tour, you won’t regret it He also speaks English very well which was a great plus for us.

Fun, Entertaining, and Educational Experience with a True Olive Grower - I've been on so many tours during my time as a meeting and event planner. I thought this would be just another tour. I was happily mistaken! Alessandro (the owner/operator) of this Olive Farm was amazing. He speaks English very well (he went to university in Australia), and has a real passion for all things related to olives. He has done a great job at restoring a historic building on his property which houses the "soap laboratory" and a museum about the origins of soap, how to make it, etc. We learned how to "taste" olive oil and determine its "notes", and ended the evening with wine and hors d' oeuvres outside his home. We made our own soap which we took home as memories of our experience. This experience was an amazing value, and we learned things that we will keep with us forever. It isn't a "tour".....it's an Experience!
