Our journey brings us to Antico Casale, where you’ll get acquainted with the wine producer and explore the vineyards and wine storage areas. Understand the winemaking process and perhaps even taste a grape plucked directly from the vine.
Following the winery exploration, you’ll participate in a tasting event, sampling 3 different kinds of wine native to this area.
Your first sampling will be a white Frascati DOCG, a wine with a guaranteed designation of origin. Next, you’ll taste a red wine IGP, signifying a protected geographical indication. Lastly, you’ll enjoy a sweet Cannellino.
Each wine is accompanied by a mouth-watering Italian delicacy, such as a slice of Roman pizza or olive oil, along with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables harvested from the garden.
