We enjoyed our private tour in Fortaleza - My husband and I were very happy with our experience with Fortal World Tour. Our tour guide Fabio was the kindest man in town and he’s very knowledgeable of the city of Fortaleza. We recommend his personalized tour. It’s one of the best experiences ever. We’re looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful city and to experience another city tour with Fortal World Tour.

Good tour - It was nice but we couldn’t get English speaker and they were about an hour late. Took us to several places and waited while we shopped. Driver was pleasant and tried his best to explain in Spanish

Deceptive tour description! - Please know that this review is no reflection on our guide for the tour. Rather, this review is based on the deceptive tour description provided on Tripadvisor by the company. Nowhere, does the description suggest that this is a shared tour, in fact, the prices state they are for a tour group smaller than six people. We booked as a group of four, assuming our tour would be for the four of us. We were told there was an additional cost for an English-speaking Guide for the group. On the day of our tour, we found that we were grouped with two other groups of four who also thought they had booked for just their individual groups. As a group of 12, we toured Fortaleza in a vehicle that had, at best, poor air conditioning. Not only did we end up having a shared tour, but each group was charged the additional fee for the English-speaking guide, which should have been a fee charged once for the entire group in the van of 12. I would not recommend booking a tour with this company based on the fact that we did not experience or get what we booked and paid for based on the provided tour description.
